Available for destination weddings. Travel fees and accommodations are quoted based on location and event requirements.

    Just Amazing!

    Working with Moments of Essence was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From our first conversation, she was efficient in the responses and genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. When the weather didn't cooperate on our big day, they didn't panic—instead, they trusted in our ideas and helped us execute them flawlessly. We ended up with stunning photos in our garden backdrop thanks to their thorough planning, and they even had backup decor ready just in case. You'll work directly with Renee, founder of Moments of Essence. This ensures consistent communication, personalized attention, and a cohesive experience from your initial consultation through your wedding day. Additional trusted professionals are brought in when needed to support larger events.
Yes. In addition to weddings, we design and coordinate engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, corporate events, and other elegant celebrations. Services can be booked individually or combined into a customized package.
The amount of time depends on the services selected. Most couples begin with a consultation, followed by scheduled planning meetings as needed. We believe in clear communication, efficient planning, and being available when important decisions need to be made.
To provide each couple with the attention they deserve, we carefully limit the number of events we accept. Availability is based on the scope of each celebration, and we encourage booking early to reserve your preferred date.
