    Making the hardest day easier for a large family

    I reached out to Coastal Charm Event Planners to help get a post-funeral service together for a sudden death in the family. We unfortunately had given them such a short timeline and not the best venue space, but somehow they were able to get the most amazing room together in less than 72 hours. They were so easy to communicate with and responded to feedback promptly—it all went so smoothly and the family really appreciated what together: a small hotel conference room turned into a coastal themed, heartwarming memorial, with pictures of our family member. I highly recommend working with Coastal Charm Events for any service you might need. Thank you so much again.

    Amazing wedding planning & day-of coordination!

    Lisa and Kim did a phenomenal job with my wedding! I opted for the “Gold Package” which included both planning and day-of coordination. They helped so much with planning—they thought of and helped work out important and small details I never would have considered, and they made planning the event so much less stressful. They were so flexible with meeting times, they gave great vendor recommendations, and they attended meetings with vendors at the venue to help facilitate communication and help me understand exactly what was going on. They were so organized and quick to respond! On the day of the wedding they arrived early and set everything up, even providing a lot of beautiful decorations (shelves, centerpieces, seating chart, drapes for the trees, and more). They handled everything, and my mom and I got to enjoy the day and evening without stress. I highly recommend Coastal Charm! My wedding was perfect :)

Yes, we are a team of two. Both Lisa and Kim will be working for you. We can do as little or as much help that you need with your special day.
Absolutely! We love planning and designing all the events leading up to the wedding. That has even included the Bachelor and Bachelorette weekends!
At our initial consult we’ll discuss which of our packages would work best for you. Once you’ve decided which one, we can give you a better idea how many times we’ll be meeting to have coffee together.
We prefer to take on only one wedding per weekend. That’s ensures you that you’ll have our full attention.
