A Marine Veteran and Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts graduate in 2015, she honed her skills under Michelin starred chef Bruno Davaillon and renowned cake artist Jenny Layne (as seen on Food Network and the Cooking Channel). With a mission to reflect the uniqueness of each client, Chef Sara crafts cakes with creative designs and innovative techniques. Her artisanal creations are infused with love, passion, and inspiration, ensuring your wedding cake becomes a true masterpiece.

Since I can remember, I have loved to be creative and I love to be in the kitchen. The pursuit of this craft led me to study the science behind different techniques and processes. I created left and right brain harmony by becoming a cake artist. My passion is making fresh, scratch-made cakes and desserts that are both beautiful and delicious. As a cake artist, I love to create unique, memorable masterpieces from your ideas.

Wade Cakes and Weddings is a wedding bakery based in Pensacola, Florida, specializing in delicious flavors and bespoke designs. Founded by head baker Latoya, the business stems from her lifelong passion for baking and decorating cakes. While watching her mother and grandmother in the kitchen, Latoya found her calling life as a child and strives to share her passion with to-be-weds. Freshly baked and expertly crafted, every cake is made one-of-a-kind for the happy couple on their special day.

Born and raised in Miami, FL, Anedra is no stranger to cakes. In fact, Velvet Rose Cake Boutique is Small’s way of paying homage to her mother, Rose. As a young girl, she witnessed her mother spend countless hours baking for coworkers, neighbors, family, and friends. Six years later, as a full-time professor, Anedra makes time to create beautiful and tasty confectionary goods for her growing clientele. Anedra bakes and creates with the heart of mother in mind. With a humble spirit, blessed hands, and a consistent sprinkling and spread of love, Velvet Rose Cake Boutique is an extension of her mother Rose.

We started by making birthday cakes for our children and very quickly grew into all kinds of confectionary deliciousness that we love sharing we everyone! Making events and weddings more beautiful through edible art is something we take very seriously, but we also know how to have fun too!

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

I have always loved baking ever since I was little. I even wanted to travel the world and get a bachelor's in science of pastry. While I was doing that I ended up starting my own company here by Winter Park Florida in September of 2021. I decided to take a leap one week and put everything I had into starting up my own cookie business. Since then I've had a whole neighborhood behind me, my friends have been behind me, my family been behind me. I've been featured in multiple magazines as Orlando's up-and-coming number one custom bakery for cookies and cakes. Like so many others, 2020 was a rough year for us. My graphic design position had been dissolved in a sea of budget cuts and work-from-home orders. During a late night shopping bender, a cotton candy machine had been purchased. And, on a whim, our craft cotton candy business was born. We are Pensacola locals that love the opportunity craft cotton candy has given us to connect with our community. Not only do we get to share our love of cotton candy with others, but our customization options allow everyone to find flavors they love and craft favors they simply can’t get enough of!
