A Marine Veteran and Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts graduate in 2015, she honed her skills under Michelin starred chef Bruno Davaillon and renowned cake artist Jenny Layne (as seen on Food Network and the Cooking Channel).     Sara's pastry chef confectionery masterpieces have always been a delight. The Christmas cake was decorated perfectly for the season and was so smooth and delicious. The wedding cakes were also amazing! The grooms cake was a rich dark chocolate cake with a wonderfully creamy frosting and decorated hockey style for the groom. He absolutely loved it. And the bride's/wedding cake was an absolute show stopper. It was a wonderful combination of several differently flavored layers each complimenting the other. With it's raw edges and creamy buttery frosting topped layers, everyone loved being able to see their favorite and select which piece they enjoyed at the wedding. The fresh and sugary sweet hand made flowers and garlands to cover the top of each layer drew everyone to it right away.
