Home Baker born across the bridge in Phenix City (grew up in Ft. Mitchell, AL) and raised in Columbus, GA. I grew up watching my Mother and Grandmother bake from my early years. My favorite desserts are Cinnamon Rolls and anything that contains fruit. When i'm not baking I'm cooking. Baking memories one scoop at a time and looking forward to baking for you soon.

I think what truly sets me apart are textures, bold colors, being just as excited as you are about your special event. I love Modern cakes but its something about different geometric shapes. A beautiful square with some abstract shapes and colors.

    We are so glad we went with Brittnee for our wedding cake! Our tasting before booking went so well and Brittnee was so friendly and helpful. She took all our ideas and feedback from the tasting/consult and turned it all into a truly gorgeous and delicious 3 tier cake and cupcakes! We had 4 amazing flavors all together plus one extra for our complimentary anniversary tier that Brittnee provided! Great experience, will definitely use again!

    By far the best experience we ever anticipated from start to finish. Brittnee was able to bring what we envisioned into fruition. I love her creativity into her craft and attention to detail. We received so many compliments on our cake and how delicious & moist it was! We definitely recommend Brittnee for your Wedding Day!
