From the first idea to the last detail, we’ve got you covered. This package gives you the tools, guidance, and support to enjoy the journey. Includes everything in Love in Bloom, plus vendor management, budget oversight, and all the little things in between. Every step will be perfectly managed, allowing you to relax and enjoy the moment.

For couples who have already started planning but want additional support, our Partial Planning Package helps fill in the gaps. We'll help navigate the remaining details, answer your questions, and ensure everything is thoughtfully planned and coordinated.

The last two months, perfectly managed. This package gives you expert support and coordination to ensure your wedding day unfolds seamlessly. With timeline creation, final confirmations, and wedding day management, you'll be able to celebrate worry-free and focus on making memories.

    The Best Coordinator and Person

    There are insufficient words to describe how amazing Kathryn is. From Day 1 she was on top of everything and available for questions and support. She is such a fun person to work with and I was able to share my wedding dress photos, inspo table plans and ask for her thoughts a long the way. She found conflicts in contracts way ahead of time so we could address the issues long before they become a problem. She was prepared for every planning meeting and guided me throughout the planning process to make sure we had every detail worked out. I am very Type A and I have a hard time trusting others to really have it together but I had zero doubt about Kathryn. She busted her butt at my rehearsal and at my wedding making sure everything was done exactly as she knew it had envisioned. She kept my vision in mind with every obstacle that came about and held everyone accountable for getting done exactly what I contracted them for. She was managing multiple vendors and set-up and whenever I needed her she always had a smile on her face. She often gave me what I needed before I even knew I needed it. If it was not for Kathryn I could not have enjoyed my Wedding Day. She far exceeded my expectations and she does not charge enough for the quality of her work. She is amazing at what she does, she is extremely experienced, manages various hiccups and disasters without it affecting me or my day, and she is just such a kind person. Thank you for everything Kathryn. I was so lucky to have you on my special day. My only regret is that we did not take a selfie or picture together, lol!

    Everything I wanted and more

    Wedding planning is exhausting, I was so lucky to have found Enchanted Moments and events. Every step of the way Kaity was there to help. I felt huge relief knowing I could count on her with planning my dream event. She carefully considered every detail to match our dream perfectly.     No stress on big day

    Katy was right there with me from beginning to end in making sure my vision for my wedding was perfect and anything I could have possibly needed or worried about was taken care of. Even when things went wrong she stepped in and her quick thinking saved the day multiple times plus she made sure I was fed and happy all day!

Yes, we collect payments on a payment schedule. Our card processing system, “Stripe” also offers Klarna pay options.
Yes! We are a registered LLC in the State of Florida with insurance.
We use a card processing service called “Stripe”, which accepts all major credit cards. 2.5% card processing fee applied to card transactions. We also take Zelle and Cash.
