Bouquets of My Dreams
Our wedding florals turned out absolutely stunning! Elena took my vision and inspiration photos and created a reality. I also really appreciated that she had a package that I could just focus on bouquets and boutonnieres. My venue had a lot of natural beauty and many florists required centerpieces to be added or arches.

My flowers were beautiful and the quality was good, but they were not exactly what I asked for. Communication throughout the process was just okay. I didn’t always feel heard, and there should be a better way to confirm the client’s vision, like a demo or mock-up before the final order.The biggest issue for me was the wedding day. The florist I worked with did not deliver the flowers herself, and someone else showed up without any heads-up. She also never followed up to confirm I received everything or to make sure I was satisfied. For the amount of money spent and the stress of the day, that lack of follow-up was very disappointing.

I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and I’m happy to hear you thought the flowers were beautiful. I also want to explain a bit from my side so everything is clear. Before the wedding, I personally came to the address you gave me so we could plan everything correctly. On the wedding day, my team member went to that same address, but he was told the wedding was actually happening somewhere else. We were not informed the location had changed, so it was a surprise for us too. I let you know in the morning that our team member would be doing the delivery, and he sent me photos showing that everything was delivered and set up. Because of that, I was sure everything went smoothly. We usually check in about two weeks later, since most couples go on their honeymoon right after the wedding and we try not to disturb them during that time. As for confirming the vision — mock-ups are always an option, but they do require extra money. You were able to come see our setup in person before the wedding, so we went over the style and flowers together at that time. Still, I appreciate your suggestion, and I’m always working on making the process clearer and more comfortable for my clients. Thank you again for your honesty. I hired this company after having a bad experience with another floral company I had to fire. I was only a month away from our wedding and was very stressed out. From the beginning, Becky was absolutely amazing. She put me at ease and handle everything with so much attention and care. Due to our previous experience we were a little stressed out and I was happy at how they handled everything. The day of the wedding they came to set up. I went to see the set up as I was getting ready and got so emotional at how beautiful everything looked, that I cried. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. This is an amazing company and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good price with great service. I would rate with more starts is I could.

From the moment I first contacted Noble & Wild Florals, their communication was nothing short of amazing. Elena answered all of my questions clearly and quickly, and we were able to discuss every detail over a video call where she perfectly understood my vision. On the day of the wedding, Elena was a silent knight, arriving on time and setting up everything exactly as I had imagined, if not better. I didn't have to worry about the florals at all - she executed my vision flawlessly, and everything was so beyond beautiful. I didn't even get to meet her in person because she had already finished setting up before I arrived at both the ceremony and reception sites. Noble & Wild Florals is a 10/10 and I would highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.
