About this venue

We are newly built venue that opened in July of 2021. If you are looking for a "chic & classy" venue with quiet, picturesque views and beautiful sunsets, Ivory Meadows is your place! With natural rolling meadows, you will be in awe from the moment you pull into the winding driveway viewing the white barn on top of the hill. The lush green grass surrounds the venue with also a 2 acre wild flower field. When couples walk inside, they love the almost 30 foot high ceiling and the 5 aged iron elegant chandeliers. Our couples love the " white distressed shiplap" on the 3 walls and the ceiling, creating a beautiful backdrop for pictures. This blank canvas allows couples to create the look that they desire! Do as little or as much as you'd like. It's flexible enough to make it formal or even rustic if you like! The photo opportunities are endless with the different views on the rolling meadows. Our heated and screened in patio allows us to use this space all year for cocktail hour!

    Ivory meadows dream wedding

    Ivory Meadows LLC was the perfect choice for our wedding venue. Their communication throughout the planning process was clear, constant, and incredibly helpful. The venue itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a lovely country-chic style. When we had an isolated issue with the shuttle buses (unrelated to Ivory Meadows), our coordinator handled it efficiently before we could even ask for their help! The Ivory Meadows team was kind, professional, and knowledgeable, treating us like family from the day we booked until the night we left. We are so grateful to have found this wonderful, family-owned business to host our special day.

    Stunning Venue & Wonderful Staff!

    We have had the absolute pleasure of Dj'ng at Ivory Meadows and enjoyed every minute of it! We work with many venues and vendors and this is one of our favorites! The owners are so kind and easy to work with. They truly love what they do & are prompt, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Not to mention, Maria, Chris & the staff are very accommodating to the needs of the couples who marry in their venue as well as all the vendors who enter. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but with Ivory Meadows it is so much easier with their guidance, organizational tools, suggestions, responsiveness and positive attitude. We highly recommend this venue for any type of event! pass up the most beautiful sunset & other photo opportunities with each wedding we attend there.

We offer tours by appointment only. Tour days are Monday-Thursday and weekends if venue is open. Call or email us and we will be happy to accommodate your request. Dates are reserved on a first-come and first-service basis. To secure a date, Ivory Meadows must receive a signed contract and 50% of the booking fee. We offer a convenient monthly or quarterly payment plan, with the entire balance being paid in full by 60 days prior to your event.
You can access the venue earlier for an additional charge of $100 per hour.
The Ivory Meadows event manager is included in the venue fee. The venue manager is in charge of overseeing venue related operations for your wedding day. The venue manager does not take place of a wedding coordinator. We do require our couples to purchase one of our packages which all include one of our coordinators. This package starts at $1300 for your coordinator who is with you 60 days out!
We have 300 white resin cushioned chairs and 300 brown cross back.
The max capacity is 310 people.
Our parking lot is one acre and will accommodate 120 cars.
We do have a preferred list of caterers, florists, DJ’s, photographers and videographers but you can also choose a vendor of your choice. Couples must use a caterer from our preferred list which we are happy to share at your tour.
Ivory Meadows can host an indoor ceremony for 300 guests. After the ceremony, we transition the barn into a reception space for your guests. The venue has a covered patio with motorized screens and radiant heat that will give you coverage until the conversion to reception is complete.
We require all couples to take out a $1,000,000 event liabillity insurance and host liquor liability. Event insurance covers injury to guests and property damage. This must be purchased through Vensura.
Yes for your comfort, our venue is climate controlled all year long.
Alcohol can be served at our venue by our preferred licensed & insured bartending service. Clients provide the alcohol.
Yes we do. We just ask that they are inside a container.
Yes! We love dogs and know they are part of your family! We just ask that you clean up after them and are crated during the reception. They are not permitted to roam or be inside the venue.
Absolutely! Safety is our first concern! We just ask that you pick it up by 10 am the next morning.

Yes, we require our couples to take out event and Liquor liability insurance for the day of their event. You can purchase it through wedsure. On home website on the FAQ page, there is button for wedsure for your convenience.
