I have been a chef for many years and one year I wanted to make my mom a special cake for Mother’s Day. Her favorite flower is hydrangea, so I attempted to make a cake that looked like a hydrangea. It didn’t look as bad as I thought it was going to. After posting it, I had many friends and family reach out for me to bake them a custom cake. Outside of baking and trying new cake/cupcake/cookie trends, I enjoy reading, riding my bike, singing badly, and listening to podcasts (true crime podcasts and business podcasts. What a combo).
