Top Tier Cakes is a bakery specializing in cakes for all occasions, especially wedding cakes. Founded by award winning chef Ashley Josin (Zinicola), Top Tier is excited to design a wedding cake just for you.

Choosing quality over quantity is our focus. Having a pastry chef from the top culinary school in the country is an asset -- so we do a limited number of weddings per week in order to meet our standards.

    Ashley had us come in for a tasting to pick out our icing, flavors, and design of the cake. Everything tasted amazing and she really brought our vision to life! We got so many compliments from our guests.
