Any Way You Ice It was founded by the imagination of my mother, Janene Housley, and I. I grew up around the creation of wedding cakes by my mom. From the baking to the delivery, I was always intrigued. I attended the International Culinary Arts and Sciences Institute. I graduated top of my class with a two-year degree, a diploma and a Pastry Chef title. I suit the traditional and the modern bride’s needs …if you can dream it I will make it! Any Way You Ice It is a designer cake business. Each and every cake is a unique designer cake, an edible work of art. “From Imagination to Creation”, I will work with you to create your perfect cake.

I give my customers a caring and personalized experience throughout the design and final result process. My cakes are always fresh, never frozen and specialty made. Real ingredients are always used. I even hand pick all of my berries from local growers for my fillings. My customers are sure to be treated kindly as I’m happy to accommodate every persons unique needs. My business is built on passion!

    Kelly was great to work with! I am a Baking & Pastry Arts student, so I had a very specific vision for my wedding cake and cupcakes. Kelly understood immediately what I wanted, provided a perfect sketch of what I had described in words, so I knew she had my idea firmly in her head, and then delivered in spades. The cake and cupcakes were absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and delicious, too! Everyone raved about the cupcakes so much that I made myself try one even though I was already stuffed from dinner and cake! I would 1000% recommend Any Way You Ice It!
