Our genuine wish is for every couple to feel elated with their experience with us and their photos. Because this review includes some inaccuracies, I’d like to clarify a few points for prospective couples who may be reading this: * Photo Delivery Timeline The FULL retouched digital gallery - with print rights - was delivered within THREE WEEKS of the wedding, not five months. (Wedding took place March 8th, Gallery was delivered at their in person champagne toast premiere on March 30th and downloaded from their online gallery the very next day) The longer 5 month timeline referenced was for custom artwork (album, wall gallery, and prints), which was extended only because of multiple rounds of revisions requested by the client - all of which were done without additional revision fees as a courtesy and in a timely manner. Final approval by the client was given June 18, and all artwork was delivered by August 8 - less than two months later. Well within the delivery window outlined in our initial agreement. * Communication and Professionalism The review mentions “no proactive updates” and “rude, unprofessional responses.” In reality, she received responses within 12 hours or less, even outside business hours, and we expressed gratitude for their business throughout. Over 50 emails/texts came in during the artwork revision process, many demanding expedited changes and removal of a family member they were having a dispute with. We remained kind and professional, even arranging a FaceTime call to try speed up the process. Tension only began when she asked for financial compensation for what she felt was a long wait time for final delivery, which we declined. Even then, our responses were respectful. * Engagement Session The engagement collection was not included, clearly noted in their signed contract and explained during their initial consultation. They still chose to move forward and knew the costs associated ahead of time. *Wedding Day Portraits The couple chose not to do a first look, which we respect - it is always the client’s choice. With ceremony and reception at the same venue, all portraits had to be fit into cocktail hour. We captured every group portrait from their provided list, along with couple portraits, in the available time. We even stayed a little later than our contracted time to get a few end of the night portraits that otherwise wouldn't have fit in the 8 hour coverage they purchased. Not once has this client ever directly expressed disappointment in the number of photos received until this review. *Artwork Quality and Sales Process Every client receives a full digital gallery with print release and may print anywhere they like. Our artwork is an optional courtesy for those who want heirloom quality. They personally viewed and handled every sample in our studio before purchasing our highest collection, plus add-ons. The quality matched the samples exactly , and the only hiccup was two wall pieces damaged in shipping, which we replaced quickly and hand-delivered and installed on their wall at no cost. We never pressure clients into purchasing - we simply provide a menu of options, and the choice is always theirs. We stand by the care and professionalism we provided, and we remain grateful for the many couples over our past decade in business who have shared glowing experiences with us.
