About Bree Lea Photography
Bree Lea Photography
I'm Bree - With over fifteen years of experience documenting love stories in Columbus, California & Hawaii as well as International when needed. I believe wedding photography should feel calm and grounding. My approach is guided, not always posed; present, not performative. I step in when needed and step back when moments deserve to breathe. Your wedding day isn’t about perfection — it’s about connection. My role is to preserve the feeling of that day so it can be experienced again for generations to come.
I hand edit EVERY single one of my photos, no filters get slapped on. Because every moment deserves that special attention. My background began in photojournalism, where I learned to observe moments as they unfold rather than direct them. That foundation later led me into editorial work for brands such as Adidas refining my eye for composition, movement, and story. Today, I bring those worlds together to document weddings with intention and emotional depth — capturing the moments that matter quietly, honestly, and without interruption. I also love to guide my couples with day of schedule help.

From the first moment I met Bree, she was such a sweeheart and we clicked immediately with her charismatic personality. My husband had been away at military training for our initial engagement shoot, but he ended up coming back earlier than expected. Bree was very flexible in rearranging our shoot and was eager to adjust to our scheduling. During wedding planning, she helped me create a day-of schedule that significantly helped with the wedding timeline. Bree is very experienced. She has years of experience that helped create a flawless timeline and schedule for us. During the wedding, Bree was ahead of schedule and took amazing photos of our families, friends, and guests. We had a surprise guest who she was able to fit in multiple photos, as we had not initially planned on him coming. She caught all the moments: funny, heartfelt, surprise, and cheerful. Bree is outstanding to work with, with a great communication style, proffesionalism and excellent work ethic. She is extremely talented, and all her photos are perfect in any lighting or weather. In her work, she goes above and beyond. For our wedding, my husband and I got over 700 photos back within a week and a half, and an extremely fast turnaround time. I would recommend Bree Lea 100% as she is a 5-star photographer with 5-star service. If you are scrolling, don't look any further, you have just found the best wedding photographer in Columbus!!

The Best Photographer We Could Have Asked For
We are so grateful we chose Bree Lea Photography for our wedding day. From our very first conversation, Breanna was warm, genuine, and such a joy to be around. She made the entire process feel easy and fun, and my whole family—from our 4-year-old all the way to the grandparents—was instantly comfortable with her. Breanna offered incredible value for the quality of her work and was very mindful of our budget. She was professional, organized, and always positive, which brought such a calm energy to the day.
