Hi lovely couples! My name is Mandy and I'm a licensed esthetician and pro makeup artist with close to 20 years of experience! I am a former MUA for the Phoenix suns dancers and have been on several film and television sets for various productions and partner with NBC! From super natural makeup looks to full glam I keep your ideas and inspirations my upmost priority! Let's connect โœจ

What sets me apart from other artists is my flow of communication. I am an intent listener and pay special attention to your individual needs. From our first correspondence, I make sure to keep our communication open and honest and want you to feel free to ask me anything about makeup and skincare! Also, if you are local, we can talk pre wedding skin regimine at my spa, aura & alchemy in Englewood, Ohio! There I provide facials , chemical peels, lash lifts and brow lamination ๐Ÿค

    On my wedding morning, I called to ask where she was, and she didn't know who I was or that I booked her. I sent a deposit to book the date, filled out an information form, and had a trial. She gave input on the schedule and confirmed her arrival time with me. On this phone call I had to ask her to still come. Since she lives far away, she was 2 hours late. I honestly wish I asked her not to come because I hated how I looked. I had on too much makeup but also not much coverage. Before the trial I asked for the redness in my skin to be covered, and I had to ask again after she was "done" on wedding day. The false eyelashes were weirdly long on the ends, so I asked her to trim them. The glue is still visible in my pictures. I asked for her to finish blending everything so it would look natural. There was mascara fallout on my cheeks. Luckily I bought the lipstick she recommended for me at the trial, because she didn't have it with her. It wasn't until after she left that I realized she didn't even do my eyebrows. My hairstylist spent a lot of time finishing/redoing my makeup so I would feel comfortable being in public. I booked her for 5 people. She did only my makeup and left. My bridesmaids and mom scrambled to do their own at the last minute. The hairstylist started helping everyone with their makeup in addition to finishing hair. Because of this, our getting ready timeline was discarded and we were running very late. We lost an hour of time booked at the venue with our photographer. This was such a stressful experience, and it seemed like she honestly didn't care that she ruined my wedding morning.

I know that I told you that I switched platforms in my app, which I urged you to fill out. This form is important because it automatically blocks out your date and alerts me days before your wedding. As far as the comments on makeup, I did exactly what we did for trial and you were happy with the look before I left on your wedding day. I wish you would have spoken up ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

    Mandy was an absolute pleasure to work with for my wedding day makeup. From the moment we first spoke, she was incredibly communicative and walked me through every step of the process. On the day of, Mandy took the time to explain what she was doing and why, ensuring I felt comfortable and confident throughout. The end result was absolutely stunning - my makeup was flawless and accentuated my features beautifully without being overdone. Mandy's professionalism and talent truly made me feel my best on my wedding day. I couldn't recommend her highly enough!
