Your date is reserved once the non-refundable retainer is paid and contract is signed (sent electronically for convenience). Retainer is applied towards final balance, but services.
Hair services are not provided by Shy, however she is happy to help you find a trusted stylist for you and your bridal party or you can visit my website for Vendor Recommendations!
Since I work strictly as a solo artist and do not bring, hire, or manage assistant artists, my maximum service count is 6. If your bridal party exceeds my service limit, any additional services will need to independently secure an outside makeup artist. I am happy to provide recommendations!
Yes! Every makeup application includes lash enhancement to give your eyes that extra pop, whether you prefer a soft, natural lift or full, glamorous lashes.
I typically book 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak dates and weekends. If you have a specific date in mind, I recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your spot. That said, it’s always worth inquiring, as I occasionally have last-minute availability due to cancellations or schedule changes.
Bridal trials are available exclusively after your non-refundable retainer is secured and your contract is signed, ensuring your wedding date is fully reserved.

As a licensed esthetician, I offer additional esthetic services including facials, brow waxing, dermaplaning, spray tanning and lash lifts to support your bridal skin prep. These services are designed to be scheduled in the weeks leading up to your wedding day.
All payments, including the retainer and final balance, must be submitted as a single transaction through your invoice by the specified due date.Split or partial payments are not accepted. This policy helps ensure a seamless, stress-free wedding morning, allowing the focus to remain on your experience rather than transactional approach. Accepted payment methods include: *Cash *Debit/Credit Card *Apple Pay *ACH Transfer Please note that Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo are not accepted as forms of payment.
Yes!! I have traveled all over Ohio, to West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Complimentary travel is included for locations within 100 miles roundtrip of the Artist’s home base when bride is included in the booking. For locations exceeding the included mileage, $2.00 per additional mile will apply. For travel that exceeds beyond 2 hours of travel will require hotel/lodging accommodations. Hotel arrangements will be selected based on proximity to the venue, availability, and current hotel rates. Lodging expenses are not included in the bridal package price and will be added to the final balance.
Payment plans are available exclusively through your invoice and must be arranged before your booking is finalized. Once your invoice has been created, the payment schedule cannot be changed. Outside of an approved payment plan, all payments, including the retainer and final balance, must be submitted as a single transaction by their respective due dates. Unscheduled partial or split payments are not accepted. Payment Plan Options (no interest): 1. Monthly Milestones 2.     Fan for life!!!

    As a June 2026 bride, I can't recommend Shy enough! She was truly the best to work with and helped me feel my absolute best leading up to and on my wedding day. She did my spray tan, facial/dermaplane, and wedding makeup, and every experience was amazing. She listened carefully to any changes I wanted after my makeup trial and created a look that made me feel beautiful while still feeling like myself, just enhanced. My makeup was exactly what I envisioned, and I felt confident and radiant on my wedding day. I was especially nervous about getting my first spray tan, but she completely put me at ease and it turned out way better than expected. It looked so even and natural. My facial was also the best I’ve ever had, and my skin was glowing. She also made my mother and bridesmaids feel gorgeous and helped the wedding morning run smoothly. She is so easygoing, kind, and fun to be around, and every appointment with her was such a great experience (and all very affordable). I am officially a fan for life and will definitely be returning for future spray tans and facials! I am so grateful for her talent, professionalism, and the care she put into making me feel beautiful for such an important day. I would highly recommend her to any bride!

    Bridal Makeup

    Shy did my bridal makeup, and it was even better than I could have envisioned. I had two trials with her to decide what I wanted, and it turned out absolutely perfect on my wedding day. I seriously felt the most beautiful I have ever felt in my life! I also had a facial with her before the wedding, and she got my skin looking and feeling so hydrated and glowy! Shy was so kind to work with, and I highly recommend her!
