After 25 years of decorating cakes and 14 years full-time as a wedding cake baker, I still love what I do. It's a passion! Creating and designing a cake, but the best part is exceeding your cake expectations and having your guests asking for another piece of cake!

I work with you to create it, based on your wants, the feel of your reception. I'm flexible and easy to work with. I strive to have good customer service, please note, if you are reaching out on Thur-Sat, I'm working on other couple's wedding cakes. My catch up day is Tuesday. :)

    We are so happy we chose Alice’s Piece of Cake for our wedding! Alice designed our absolute dream wedding cake — it was elegant, perfectly matched our vision, and honestly looked too good to eat… but we’re so glad we did because it tasted even better than it looked! Alice was incredibly easy to work with from the very beginning. She understood exactly what we wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and made the whole process stress-free. Delivery was seamless, and everything was beautifully set up on the day. We got so many compliments from our guests on both the design and the flavor — it was a true highlight of the reception. Thank you, Alice, for creating something so special (and so delicious) for our big day!

    We booked our wedding with Brookshire, who sent us to Alice's Piece of Cake as their affiliated vendor. Our consultation was so easy, and they were so patient with us as we discussed what we might want our cake to look and taste like. We were able to taste some of their (many) flavors at the vendor preview, and when we did, we knew we were in good hands. So many people left the wedding raving about how good the cake was, and I agree! We got to sample each layer of the cake, and every single one of them was so yummy. And, beyond that, the cake was beautifully decorated. We were able to bring in some scrap florals from our bridesmaids bouquets for them to finish decorating on the day of the wedding, which was so convenient. They also allowed us to add on a dozen gluten free cupcakes just a few weeks before the wedding, for our gluten free guests. We were so very pleased with the look and taste of the cake, and would absolutely recommend Alice's Piece of Cake.

    Alice’s piece of cake was super easy to work with! She was able to take my Pinterest ideas and make them into reality and also tasted great. Everyone loved and raved about the cake from my wedding. I would definitely recommend.

    Alice's Piece Of Cake was the perfect choice for our wedding cake! Alice is a very kind and bubbly person who makes her passion for baking clear. She communicated with us with clarity and professionalism. Our guests cannot stop talking about that white raspberry cake - it was so moist, expertly iced, and had the perfect amount of filling. We didn't even want a wedding cake until we sampled hers at a vendor preview our venue hosted! We are not cake people, but this is the exception. Alice asked all of the right questions and gave me all of the information I needed to help her understand our vision, and she really brought it to life. It looked as wonderful as it tasted. Brilliant work, Alice!! We will send people your way.
