BOOK SARA YOU WILL BE SO GLAD YOU DID
I seriously cannot recommend Sara enough as a coordinator. From beginning to end of the wedding planning process, she was there to offer guidance and assistance. She met with us countless time prior to the wedding in order to go over plans and help us figure out our vision for the day of the event. She came to the venue walk through, got in touch with our vendors, and made sure everything for the rehearsal and the wedding day went smoothly. Everything turned out so wonderful and she made sure that my husband and I had nothing to worry about on the big day. Beyond all of this, she is so personable, genuine, and has her couples’ best interests in mind. She is fantastic at what she does, and is such a joy to work with. Book her!!!!!!!

The Best Person to Have in Your Corner
Sara is the BEST wedding planner we could have asked for. From the moment we started planning, I knew we were in good hands. She guided us through the entire planning process and helped us navigate all of the decisions that come with planning a wedding. As brides, this is our first rodeo, and it can be intimidating to make decisions when you're unfamiliar with the wedding industry. Sara's experience made me feel confident throughout the process, especially when it came to choosing vendors. Everyone she recommended was someone she had personally worked with and trusted, which made building our vendor team so much easier. I was also SO grateful to have Sara there on the wedding day. She handled all of the behind-the-scenes logistics so that we could actually enjoy our wedding day and spend time with our friends and family. If you're still not sure about hiring Sara, here's a story from my wedding day that I think perfectly sums up why I'm so grateful we had her. On the morning of my wedding, I was getting ready with my girls - laughing, drinking mimosas, watching game shows - when rain clouds started to form. I had a panic moment. Our ceremony and cocktail hour were planned for an outdoor patio, and we had a rain plan, but I was really hoping we wouldn't have to use it. (I even resorted to an Etsy witch.) When I found Sara at the venue, I anxiously asked, "What do we do?!?" She calmly looked at me and said, "It's just inside now. We already figured it out." And just like that, I stopped worrying about it. Looking back, I know the ceremony rain-plan decision was technically my call, and in that moment, I NEVER would have been able to make that decision clearly. Sara assessed the situation, made the call, and took that pressure completely off of me. It ended up raining heavily for three straight hours, from when guests arrived through dinner. Had we tried to continue with our original outdoor plan, it would have massively delayed the rest of the evening. Instead, I got to get married, enjoy my friends and family, and actually be present for the day. Sara's expertise and judgment saved the day and gave me exactly what I needed in that moment: someone who knew what to do when I couldn't think straight. Best decision we ever made!!
Other than marrying my husband- Booking Sara was truly the best decision I ever made. I was on the fence about a coordinator but truly SHE is the reason our wedding day was executed flawlessly. She supported me from the second I spoke with her on the phone, till even after the wedding. Sara is the hardest worker in the business. She is so knowledgeable and an absolute problem solver. Wedding planning stressed me out more than I’d like to admit but Sara took the reins and helped me take it step by step. From helping me figure out how to get a marriage license, to the aesthetic for the day, to getting cocktail sauce off my husbands shirt during cocktail hour- she is there through it all. She cares about her couples like they are family. I cannot vouch for her enough because she is the reason our wedding day flowed so beautifully. She is so kind, caring, and executes and truly became part of our family. She was made for this job and it is so evident. My advice to you if you’re even remotely on the fence- get her on the phone with her - I promise you from there you will be all in with her and understand why I felt the need to write this crazy long review!!

If you don't book Sara you are making a mistake!
Working with Sara from XOXO was such a breath of fresh air for our wedding planning process. She has this infectious energy that made every conversation feel like catching up with a friend rather than checking off a to-do list, and honestly, I found myself calling her just to chat sometimes without my daughter (the bride) tagging along! What really set her apart was how organized and thorough she was behind the scenes—she coordinated with all our vendors seamlessly and kept everything running like clockwork so we could actually enjoy the journey. Sara handled every detail with such confidence and precision that she completely took the stress off our shoulders. Sara even handled the hard calls that I didn't want to/couldn't. She went above and beyond to make sure nothing fell through the cracks, and by the end of it all, I'm pretty sure I wanted to adopt her. If you're looking for a planner who is both warm and incredibly competent, Sara is your person. BOOK HER! You won't be sorry :)
