| Description | Now that your venue is booked, we will work together to book all your vendors. I will create a detailed timeline to be shared with all vendors. Also included; rehearsal management, decor set-up and tear down, final venue walk through, and 8 scheduled meetings. | More than month before your event, we will create a very detailed timeline to be shared with vendors. I will be present for and fully orchestrate your rehearsal. Day of, I will assist with set-up, tear down, vendor guidance, and guest movement. BEST WEDDING PANNER EVER!
The best and most definitely needed wedding planner. Sara was exactly what we needed to execute have smoothest wedding ever! We loved her after our first phone call with her and we knew she was exactly what we needed. She was there for us immediately after booking with her and she was even there for us after our big day! She helped us fill in any last minute details and helped us figure out any hiccups we had, set up on our big day and she advocated for what we wanted on our big day. She handled everything and was the best person for the job! She is exactly what you need for your wedding. 10/10 recommend her!
Instant Ease & Excitement
I’ve worked with Sara numerous times throughout the years. I often wear my anxiety on my sleeve and she just knows how to swoop right in and calm my nerves. Her excitement in mastering the field of weddings is contagious! Her ideas are unique but trendy, show stoppers but affordable; never gawdy, always cohesive with the overall theme. She has worked with countless vendors and knows which to recommend and which are difficult to work with. She is a built-in-bestie for your most important date, checking in often, giving her honest opinion on what needs to be fixed, and making sure every detail is simply perfect!

The attention to detail, creativity, and communication was exceptional. Every aspect was executed flawlessly.
