| Description | Our time together will begin with an overview meeting, followed by many check in meetings leading up to your special day. We will work together to create a detailed timeline, that will be shared with vendors. I will be present at and fully orchestrate your rehearsal. Day of, I will assist with set-up, vendor guidance, and guest movement. Ultimately making sure everyone has everything they need and making certain your entire day runs smoothly. |

If you don't book Sara you are making a mistake!
Working with Sara from XOXO was such a breath of fresh air for our wedding planning process. She has this infectious energy that made every conversation feel like catching up with a friend rather than checking off a to-do list, and honestly, I found myself calling her just to chat sometimes without my daughter (the bride) tagging along! What really set her apart was how organized and thorough she was behind the scenes—she coordinated with all our vendors seamlessly and kept everything running like clockwork so we could actually enjoy the journey. Sara handled every detail with such confidence and precision that she completely took the stress off our shoulders. Sara even handled the hard calls that I didn't want to/couldn't. She went above and beyond to make sure nothing fell through the cracks, and by the end of it all, I'm pretty sure I wanted to adopt her. Book Sara asap if you havent already!! Sara is so genuine and personable and is there every step of the way. We used her as a day of cordinator but she was so much more. Had monthly meeting to keep us on track and made sure everything was moving well. Wedding day she made everything effortless.

Sara was so kind and helpful through every single step of the planning. I was a super organized, created my own binder from scratch Bride. Sara read everything and made sure we were both on the same page. Any questions either of us had were handled with grace. Any time I had anxieties, she was there for support. She brought my ideas to life. Literally no one is better for your day than Sara.

Sara is the best
I can't recommend Sara enough. We initially weren’t planning on having a day of coordinator but after a few meetings with our venue, we realized that it would be helpful. From the first second we met Sara we felt so happy with that decision. She seemed genuinely as excited for our day as we were and was really fun to work with. She did a phenomenal job day of. Her goal was for us to enjoy the day fully without worrying about any details and wanted our guests to do the same. From getting all our decor the day before, to setting it up day of and even taking it all down at the end of the night, she really achieved that goal. We didn’t feel much stress leading up to the wedding and Sara really is to thank for that. She was such a support throughout the process and we recommend her 10000 times over.
