With a steady, organized presence and a focus on the overall experience, I help create weddings that feel effortless, intentional, and unforgettable for both couples and their guests. I don’t just manage timelines and logistics, I advocate for my couples, protect their vision, and handle every detail behind the scenes. I take the time to truly get to know my couples and their families, this allows me to anticipate needs, honor meaningful details, and create a wedding day that feels personal rather than cookie-cutter.

| Description | Our time together will begin with an overview meeting, followed by many check in meetings leading up to your special day. We will work together to create a detailed timeline, that will be shared with vendors. I will be present at and fully orchestrate your rehearsal. Day of, I will assist with set-up, vendor guidance, and guest movement. Ultimately making sure everyone has everything they need and making certain your entire day runs smoothly. |

AMAZING
Book Sara asap if you havent already!! Sara is so genuine and personable and is there every step of the way. We used her as a day of cordinator but she was so much more. Had monthly meeting to keep us on track and made sure everything was moving well. Wedding day she made everything effortless.
Best Coordinator Ever
Sara was so kind and helpful through every single step of the planning. I was a super organized, created my own binder from scratch Bride. Sara read everything and made sure we were both on the same page. Any questions either of us had were handled with grace. Any time I had anxieties, she was there for support. She brought my ideas to life. Literally no one is better for your day than Sara.
Sara is the best
I can't recommend Sara enough. We initially weren’t planning on having a day of coordinator but after a few meetings with our venue, we realized that it would be helpful. From the first second we met Sara we felt so happy with that decision. She seemed genuinely as excited for our day as we were and was really fun to work with. She did a phenomenal job day of. Her goal was for us to enjoy the day fully without worrying about any details and wanted our guests to do the same. From getting all our decor the day before, to setting it up day of and even taking it all down at the end of the night, she really achieved that goal. We didn’t feel much stress leading up to the wedding and Sara really is to thank for that. She was such a support throughout the process and we recommend her 10000 times over.
Bride
Sara is the most incredible coordinator we cannot recommend her enough! She might actually be magic! From planning to last minute hangover cures to calming down my crazy Hispanic family Sara handled it all and made my life SO MUCH EASIER! The single best decision we made was having Sara as our coordinator and literally every two minutes my husband and I would look at each other and go “I’d die without her.”
