We will work together to create a detailed timeline, that will be shared with vendors. I will be present at and fully orchestrate your rehearsal. Day of, I will assist with set-up, vendor guidance, and guest movement. XOXO by Sara was an incredible wedding planner for our special day. Sara is really great about checking in and calling to go over details, and she was always available to chat, organized, and offered good advice. She was my emotional support and kept all of my vendors and decorations organized, which was so helpful as I planned the wedding. XOXO by Sara contributed so much to making our wedding day perfect and I highly recommend them to any couple looking for an attentive, professional, and caring wedding planner.

Working with Sara was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Her communication from the moment we met her months before our wedding, up to weeks after the day was top-notch; with instant response times that made us feel like a priority throughout the entire wedding planning process. Sara showed a true dedication to making our wedding day perfect and stress free by coordinating and communicating with all other vendors, and frequent check ins with my husband and I leading up to the day. She seamlessly turned all my visions and dreams into a reality and kept me sane throughout the tedious planning process and effortlessly calmed my nerves the day of. Sara truly became like family to us during this special time, and we already miss our close contact with her! We are so grateful for the care and attention she put in to every detail and aspect of our big day. BOOK SARA!!!!!! I am not kidding when I say I don't think I would have enjoyed my wedding day nearly as much if I didn't have Sara!! KIDDING BUT ACTUALLY!! From our very first meeting, it felt like we had known her forever—she’s incredibly personable and incredibly professional. Sara made the entire wedding planning process enjoyable, even during the stressful moments. Anytime I reached out, she responded within minutes—seriously, 5 to 10 max. We took on quite a bit of DIY, and she brought our vision to life flawlessly, helping with setup, takedown, and everything in between. Our day was truly perfect, and that’s because of her. I’m telling every engaged friend I know: you need Sara. She became more than just our planner—she became a friend. And now that we’re done planning, we genuinely miss her!
