Hannah was amazing to work with. We used her day-of coordination service, but she truly went above and beyond. We reached out about four months in advance to confirm our wedding-day timeline so we could send out our invitations, and she responded while she was out of office in Japan. She always gave me peace of mind, reassuring me that we were on track, had everything covered, and thoughtfully bringing up details that weren't even on my radar. On our wedding day, we know she executed everything flawlessly because we didn't have to deal with a single issue. We couldn't have been more appreciative of that, as it allowed us to fully enjoy the day. Whenever we talk about our wedding, we always mention how smoothly everything went because of Hannah. We would wholeheartedly recommend Hannah to any couple looking for a planner who is organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making their wedding day stress-free and memorable.

Couldn't ask for a better day of coordinator
Charmate Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, their communication style was prompt, enthusiastic, and friendly. The Best of the BEST!
Charmate Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication style was very personal - we had regular Facetime and in-person meetings that allowed us to build a strong rapport. Throughout the planning process, they consistently demonstrated their high level of organization, communication, and confidence. On the day of the wedding, they seamlessly set up our entire event and kept all of our vendors, wedding party, and family members on schedule and organized. This allowed my husband and I to truly enjoy our special day without any stress or worries. Hannah has a wonderfully sweet and calming personality that put us at ease the entire time. The end result was a beautifully executed wedding that exceeded all of our expectations. We are so grateful to Charmate Events for making our wedding day truly magical.

Do not heasitate - book with Hannah!!
Hannah is absolutely amazing! From the work she does leading up to wedding day, to the day itself, and even after, she truly puts her whole heart into making sure your day meets your vision. She is very efficient, and can be direct while still being so upbeat and kind, which is exactly what we were looking for in a day of coordinator! As a bride who was very focused on organization and planning, I was pretty confident I could manage our day by myself, but as we were getting closer to wedding day, I realized I didn’t want to worry about that. Without Hannah, I would not have been able to have been fully present on our wedding day - with her calm presence and attention to detail, I was able to focus on what mattered most- marrying my husband, and celebrating our love with all of our family and friends! Even if you can do it yourself, you shouldn’t have to! Making Hannah a part of your vendor team was one of the best decisions we made!
