I have had the honor of working in the wedding industry for nearly 8 years now & have only recently branched off as an independent wedding planner. From your ceremony and reception to an engagement party or rehearsal dinner, let’s save you the stress & leave all the coordination to me!
Nice to meet you... My name is Monique Cunningham. I'm 32 years old, a proud mom of 2 beautiful rescue pups & happily married! My husband owns the most beautiful tropical rooftop bar, PufferFish, which just so happens to be a perfect place to take the after party! From wedding ceremonies and receptions to engagement parties and rehearsal dinners, I have executed over 300 events & personally coordinated 75 weddings. Your time is valuable & you deserve to enjoy every - single - moment.

Best decision ever!!
I’m so grateful to have found Monique to be my month of wedding coordinator for me and my husband, Alec’s special day. We initially connected at White Dress off the Rack and she helped me find my dream dress! Even though my husband and I decided to do the month of coordinator package, Monique offered help well before the month of the big day. She was always very responsive to my many emails or texts and helpful when I had a question or a concern with a vendor or needed recommendations. She kept me and my husband organized with what we needed to get done and helped us curate a day-of timeline that fit with what we wanted for our wedding day. She maintained clear communication between me and all the vendors about every detail leading up to the day. She also assisted with our rehearsal the night before and of course, became the spokesperson for all things timeline, details, where to go, etc. on the day of the wedding. Since she’s been in this industry for so long, she has tons of contacts and good relationships with some of the best vendors from Milwaukee for your special day. Also, my other vendors from the day couldn’t say enough good things about Monique, especially her organization and communications skills, a vital part of a very hectic day! Along with her amazing coordinator skills, Monique is so kind, thoughtful, and has such a relaxed presence to her that helped ease a lot of my stress. If you are thinking about hiring a day of coordinator or wedding planner, you absolutely need to consider Monique. She is a superwoman. She made my husband and I’s wedding day run so smoothly. I seriously could not have done it without her. Alec and I are forever grateful that Monique was a part of it.

Monique made our wedding the most perfect day!
Monique was absolutely amazing and helped us plan the most perfect day. From the timeline to the final details, she executed everything flawlessly. We never saw the final setup of our ballroom until we returned from our ceremony. Before guests entered, Monique arranged a private room reveal for us, and she did everything we asked for and more. The room was set up perfectly and exceeded our expectations. The coordination between all of our vendors was outstanding. She made sure everyone was where they needed to be, on time, and that every detail was taken care of throughout the day. We cannot express enough how grateful we are for Monique and her assistants. One of the things we appreciated most was that she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our wedding day more than anything else. At one point, we asked if we were running behind schedule, and she simply said, “We’re on your time today.” That reassurance immediately put us at ease and allowed us to fully enjoy one of the best days of our lives. Thank you, Monique! We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional wedding coordinator. Unique by Monique - Winter Wedding
There are really no words to say how absolutely LIFESAVING it was to have Monique coordinate our wedding!!! From the start of the process with filling out our questionnaire to packing up the end of the night, she is THE most detail-oriented, efficient, get things done professional. She is so warm, welcoming, and open to getting to know your vision and making it happen. We had quite a large bridal party with multiple events, and her wedding master document made it so much easier to keep everything and everyone organized and make sure nothing was missed. People always say to expect something to go wrong on your wedding day, it's not going to be perfect, but honestly nothing was missed and it was everything we could have hoped for. All of our decor and details were in place, everything was accounted for at the end of the night, and so many people in our party commented what a perfect combination she was of "professional and firm but friendly and not overbearing at all." I have been recommending Monique to anyone and everyone, do yourself a favor and hire THE BEST in the business with Monique!!!!

From your flower gay & the spellbook ring box, to those adorable Funko Pops on the cake table & your personalized shotskis doubling as the guest book... Iconic doesn't even begin to cover it! Not to mention those custom Wolski’s favors. You better believe I still have my “I closed the Hofprice wedding” sticker!! Truly, every single detail was so unapologetically YOU. ✧˖°.☾ Add in the Lakefront Quartet casually playing Backstreet Boys & Death Cab for Cutie for the ceremony, your cat pillows making their way from the couches to the sweetheart table & not me fully sprinting to the dance floor when Defying Gravity came on 🩷💚 absolute chaos in the best way. Also… how are you already coming up on your one-year anniversary?! Truly rude how fast time flies. Forever grateful for your trust, your friendship, and letting me be part of such a wildly special, witchy, one-of-a-kind day 🔮🐈⬛🪄

Monique coordinated our wedding rehearsal and the day of the wedding. Monique is a true professional. She is highly responsive and delightful to work with. She coordinated endless details seamlessly. Monique was hands down one of the best investments we made for our wedding day. From day one, she was incredibly responsive, supportive, and fully aligned with our vision. Our one-on-one meeting with her brought us so much peace of mind — every loose end was tied up and we felt completely prepared. She ran our rehearsal beautifully, and everyone walked away confident and comfortable with the ceremony. On the wedding day itself, we didn’t have to think or stress about a single thing.
