Q: Are you part of a team? Who will we be working with?

Currently, Rosemary Ellen Events has one lead planner, Rosemary. Couples that book with us will spend most of their time working with her! For weddings that have more than 50 guests, her assistant/husband, JT, will help with coordination on the day of the wedding.

Q: Do you take on multiple weddings in a day or weekend?

In order to give our couples our best work, we only book one wedding per week. This allows us to be available to help with last-minute situations, answer any questions, and feel fully prepared to give each couple the effort they deserve.

Q: How far in advance should we book you?

We recommend booking at least 12 months in advance for full-planning, and 2-3 months in advance for month-of coordination.

Q: Can we hire you last-minute?

Yes! If you are much closer to your wedding date than the timeline listed above, that is okay. We understand that you may become overwhelmed in the last-minute stages of your planning, or may want to get married ASAP. We specialize in helping couples who are in down-to-the-wire situations make their day feel just as special!

Description	Our Full Planning service is designed to encompass each step of the wedding planning process. We will work with couples each step of the way, from engagement to the big day.	Our Month-of Coordination service is designed to help alleviate stress at the end of the wedding planning process. Ideal for couples who want to plan most of their wedding or are already knee-deep in the planning process. We will come in about a month before the special day to finalize their plans and ensure that everything goes smoothly.

Rosemary did a beautiful job with my bridal shower! I was nervous about it (major introvert here), but she helped calm my fears! She helped me come up with the cutest theme and plan the menu. Her process was so smooth and actually took much less time than I thought, which was fantastic as a busy student. My invitations came out so adorable- she customized them exactly how I wanted them and was so flexible when I decided to change the theme and needed new invites! My shower was exactly how I had hoped; it was absolutely perfect. I'm so glad I chose Rosemary to plan my shower, I'd definitely go with her again!
