How to tell you about me in a short paragraph? Ok, here we go - born & raised in Australia, recently American. Currently Aus-Merican. Wife to Spencer (2016), Mum/Mom to Reed (2020), and Milo (2023). Big fan of a latte in the morning and a French75 on special occasions. An avid listener of audiobooks, podcasts, Taylor Swift, my 'Theatre Mix' playlist on Spotify, and early 2000's pop and, occasionally, 2010's emo. A repeat watcher of Bridgerton, New Girl, The Good Place, The Righteous Gemstones, VEEP, & Ted Lasso.

Dream Coordinator
If I could give Claire more than 5 stars, I would. From the months leading up to our wedding through the very end of the night, Claire made everything feel effortless. She was incredibly organized, calm, and always one step ahead. As someone who is very Type A, trusting someone else with such an important day wasn’t easy but with Claire, it was. The second I met her in person, I knew everything was going to be handled. She has a way of making you feel completely at ease, and that peace of mind was one of the greatest gifts she gave us. Beyond being an amazing coordinator, Claire is just a genuinely good human. She cares deeply about her couples, celebrates right alongside you, and puts her whole heart into making your day everything you’ve imagined. One of my favorite memories is that throughout the day, there were multiple moments where my husband would look at her in action and just say, “Claire is amazing.” She kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes, coordinated all of our vendors seamlessly, and handled every little detail without us ever having to think about it. Because of her, we were able to truly enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about logistics. I would hire Claire again in a heartbeat for any event. She is truly exceptional, and we will always be grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day so perfect.

Claire was great!
We used Claire as our day-of coordinator in January 2026 and she was fantastic to work with, clearly a total pro. We did a couple of prep calls, she had a very useful google doc to get us all on the same page (we were doing our own wedding planning), and she handled a silly number of texts and just-thought-of asks the day of the wedding. She also was a wonderful positive, warm, grounded, and confident presence which was very useful to have day-of and I imagine would be equally at home in any family and friend group.

Perfect Wedding Day
Claire played such a big role in our perfect wedding day. We planned a simple DIY wedding with minimal decor. She was so helpful from our first consultation call. There were things we didn't know to consider or how to find, and she was so willing to offer recommendations and suggestions. Closer to the wedding, she managed our vendor communications and big day timeline. She is honest, organized, innovative, and so thorough. One of the letters on our Mr & Mrs sign broke and she glued a cute tiny bow over the letter with eyelash glue! We appreciated Claire so much. On top of managing our timeline, wedding party, family, hired staff, last minute changes, and very drunk people, she truly prioritized what we (the bride and groom) valued. Also, she protected our peace during the whole day and kept us safe throughout the night. We could not have done our wedding without Claire and truly recommend her to everyone!

It was such a pleasure working with Claire! As a wedding photographer, nothing makes my job easier and more enjoyable than working with a coordinator who knows their stuff. Clair is so organized and pays close attention to the details, and the more I see of the weddings she works, the more I’d love to work with her again!

Claire is the best
The coordinator was the first vendor I searched for, and boy did I search high and low, since I knew that the captain running the ship on the day would have a huge impact on our experience day-of. I talked to almost 20 coordinators, and Claire actually happened to be the first one I had a call with. I immediately felt comfortable chatting with her, and could tell she was very professional and good at what she does. Working with her up to the wedding day was so easy, she was by far the most professional and responsive vendor we worked with. On the day, everything was worry-free and seamless for us, which is an experience we’re so grateful to have had on our wedding day. We felt very well taken care of and like our priorities were really reflected in how the day ran. Also the decorations were stunning!! I couldn’t believe how my vision had been brought to life even better than I had imagined. Thank you to Claire for your support on the day, professionalism, and grounding presence. Our wedding day was perfect, a big thanks to you.
