Hi, I’m XAN — and I help people create meaningful beginnings, whether they’re standing at the altar or standing at a turning point in their lives. With over 20 years of coaching experience and 4 years of officiating, I’ve had the honor of guiding individuals and couples through some of life’s most transformative moments. My work is rooted in presence, humor, and genuine connection — because I believe deep transformation doesn’t have to be heavy, and celebration doesn’t have to be superficial.

I bring a unique blend of life coaching, ceremony creation, and spiritual perspective to every session and ceremony. As a recovering Protestant and a practicing Buddhist, I hold space with a deep respect for all beliefs — religious, spiritual, secular, or undefined. My coaching and officiating are built on the same foundation: helping you connect to what’s true and meaningful to you. Clients often describe me as calm, grounded, and direct — someone who listens deeply, challenges gently, and always brings a bit of lightness to even the most serious topics. My philosophy? Clarity is powerful. Connection is sacred. And laughter is healing.
