Jules has an affinity for nostalgia, Design and a good party. with a background in art and design, she loves lots of color and loves a design challenge. She’s an instinctive connector who loves to bring people together in and out of her professional life, and that led her to event planning. When she’s not planning an epic event you can find her on an Adventure with her husband and daughter or at an estate sale in the Bay Area. she loves hunting for treasures, jumping into water and is a dancing queen

    I'm so glad we hired Jules for our wedding!

    We had an intimate wedding of only 34 people and figured a coordinator wasn't necessary. That is until our venue-provided coordinator left the company and we realized just how much stuff we'd be juggling the day of the wedding if we didn't have someone on our side helping us out. That's exactly what Jules was for us. We hired her as our month-of/day-of coordinator. Leading up the wedding, she gave us a thorough questionnaire that helped us figure out a lot of details we hadn't even thought of. She was quick to respond to all email and questions. Then the day of the wedding came around and I can say I felt fully at ease knowing Jules was there to work her magic in the background. At the end of the night, she packed up all of our decor and personal items from the venue and loaded it up in our car which was a logistical detail we were stressing about until we hired Jules. She was even kind enough to drop the keys off at our hotel. I can't recommend her enough to future couples in the Monterey, Santa Cruz, or surrounding area!

    Great experience

    Jules was an incredible organizer on our wedding day. She kept track of so many moving pieces and eliminated any potential stress I might have felt. She went above and beyond, even setting up things that I hadn't expected her to. Jules was a huge advocate for us throughout the day, making sure we were eating and that we got a few moments to ourselves. She is calm, friendly, and organized and I would highly recommend Jules to anyone planning a major event.

    Day of wedding planning

    From the moment we first spoke with Jules, we could tell she was the perfect wedding planner for us. Her communication style was efficient, kind, caring, and personable - she made us feel like we were her top priority throughout the entire planning process. Jules and her team were truly hardworking, honest, and caring in their approach, and we could not have gotten through our special day without her. She was able to advocate for us when we needed it most, and even took on unexpected tasks like putting together our wedding favors when my mother was unable to. Thanks to Jules, we were able to have quality time alone with each other and capture amazing photos together. The wedding turned out beautifully, and all of our guests had a fabulous time. We are so grateful to Jules and her team for making our wedding day truly unforgettable.
