Beautiful Wedding Weekend
Ruby and her team are truly nothing short of amazing! From the very beginning, they were incredibly prepared, organized, professional, and experienced. I genuinely cannot imagine planning and executing our day as smoothly as we did without them. What impressed us most was that, despite their incredible experience and expertise, they never made us feel like our ideas were just another event on their calendar. They were genuinely excited to hear our vision, embrace our ideas, and bring every detail to life in a way that felt completely personal to us. On such an important day, you need someone who knows how to take charge — when everything goes perfectly and especially when something doesn’t. Ruby and her team expertly managed the timeline, vendors, details that mattered most to us and our families, and, most importantly, the entire guest experience. They anticipated needs, handled the moving pieces, and allowed us to simply be present and enjoy our day. I cannot thank Ruby and her team enough for their hard work, expertise, and genuine care. They played such an important role in making our day everything we hoped it would be, and we are incredibly grateful to have had them by our side. If you are planning an important event, I truly cannot recommend them enough!

We had the most perfect, beautiful wedding and that would not have been achieved without Ruby and her team! The stress of planning a wedding almost made us elope, we are so blessed to have found Red Canyon Events when we did. The entire process was so seamless, stress free and dare I say enjoyable (and I’m someone who hates planning!) Ruby is amazing at her job and worth every penny and more! Working with Ruby from Red Canyon Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
