Highly Recommend
We had the most perfect, beautiful wedding and that would not have been achieved without Ruby and her team! The stress of planning a wedding almost made us elope, we are so blessed to have found Red Canyon Events when we did. The entire process was so seamless, stress free and dare I say enjoyable (and I’m someone who hates planning!) Ruby is amazing at her job and worth every penny and more! We truly owe our beautiful day to her, and her team!

Working with Ruby from Red Canyon Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Red Canyon Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. When a torrential downpour forced us to quickly reformat a large portion of the outdoor ceremony, Red Canyon stepped in seamlessly and ensured my husband and I didn't have to stress at all. Grateful for Ruby’s Care and Coordination
Ruby wasn’t just our coordinator—she truly felt like part of our wedding story. By the time she stepped in, we were juggling a million little details, and she immediately brought a sense of calm and reassurance that I didn’t even realize I needed. From the very first conversation, Ruby made me feel like she genuinely cared about us—not just the event. She remembered the small things that mattered to me, like the way I wanted my ceremony and the reception to flow, and made sure they happened exactly as I imagined. On the wedding day, I kept waiting for something to go wrong, but Ruby and Erika were already two steps ahead of everything. Erika even had to watch my flower girl during the ceremony because she was throwing a tantrum. Because of that, I got to be fully present, soaking in every moment, because they were quietly handling it all behind the scenes. My family and friends kept telling me how seamless everything felt, and I know that’s because Ruby and Erika were orchestrating it with such grace. I’ll never forget the peace of mind Ruby gave me in those final weeks and on the day itself. Ruby didn’t just coordinate our wedding—she gave us the gift of being able to enjoy it without worry. I’m so grateful for her and Erika and would recommend her to anyone who wants their day to feel effortless and full of joy.
