Amazing Coordinator
Amanda did a fantastic job and went above and beyond of what we expected for a day of coordinator. Prior to the wedding, she asked us to delegate tasks to her which was super helpful. We asked her questions and for her opinions and she had some really good thoughts. On the day of the wedding, she helped put together the decorations, coordinated with our vendors, and helped with the clean up. She helped our DJ who is our friend and made sure that everything went smoothly. We gave her a shoutout during our toast since she did such a great job. I highly recommend her as your wedding coordinator!!

Working with Amanda Day was one of the highlights of our wedding planning experience. Her communication style was thorough, quick, and she was incredibly reassuring throughout the stress of the planning process. Our wedding day went SO smoothly and that is absolutely because of Amanda! Even our guests commented on how well planned and timed the entire event was. We cannot recommend Amanda Day Events highly enough!!
Amanda is the best
If you want your wedding to go smoothly, hire Amanda. Her professionalism is top notch and she’s incredibly easy to work with, turning wedding planning from something stressful to something joyful. My wife and I have never felt more taken care of than our wedding day, and we have Amanda to thank for that. Everything went perfectly, from the ceremony all the way to the last dance, and we know Amanda’s hard work is the reason why. Every transition, event, and piece of the ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. One of our favorite moments of the day was immediately after the ceremony, when my wife and I got to relax in a private portion of the venue for a few minutes. We were both overwhelmed with emotion and as soon as we went inside from the outdoor ceremony location, Amanda and her assistant were waiting for us with a drink and a few of the appetizers our caterer had prepared for our cocktail hour. We were immediately set at ease and given time to ourselves to just enjoy finally being married, relaxing into the joy of the day as we realized Amanda was going to take care of everything. From there we got to enjoy just feeling like celebrities on the best day of our lives, ushered from amazing moment to amazing moment. It was a completely perfect day, and will live in our memories that way forever. If you want the best day of your life to go as smoothly as ours did, call Amanda!
