Rhiannon & John from 413 Events were worth triple what they charged us! They were by far our favorite vendors and we are so lucky to have had them. Not only were they extremely professional and timely with communication the entire process of planning our wedding (which can’t be said about all the vendors we chose) but they were also so kind, warm, thoughtful and supportive. They went out of their way to source decor for us when we mentioned we had a limited budget and surprised us by decorating our reception space. Although the venue we chose was a hot mess from start to finish, Rhiannon and John worked so hard together to make sure we had pockets of happiness on our wedding day and for that we are so appreciative. We couldn’t have done it without them and their positive attitudes and attention to detail. We could sing of their praises forever honestly. Where do I even begin? Sarah is not just my wedding planner, Sarah has become of my friends through this months-long wedding planning process. When I first reached out to SGS Events, Sarah sent me a questionnaire that made it clear she wanted to get to know me and my fiancé on a personal level. Sarah is professional, while being open. She is calm, while assertive when necessary. She leads with her heart and this is shown in the work she does. Sarah went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our day what it was. From venue changes to guest count changes to typical family drama and more, Sarah handled each pivot and new challenge with patience and understanding. What began as a 30 person dinner turned into a 55 person welcome party, ceremony, reception, and after party. Sarah is the reason it went off without a hitch. Her communication with me was so natural. She was always quick to respond to emails and sending voice memos helped keep us both updated throughout the busier times of planning. Planning with Sarah didn't feel like a chore, but an experience. This is what I desired as I wanted to be a little more in the weeds on design stuff, but I know Sarah could easily handle all of the design herself. She has a beautiful eye for decor and detail. We were working with a brand new venue and Sarah basically worked with the venue to create brand new spaces that fit our vision. Sarah designed a new ceremony space in a wooded area on the property and a custom reception space on the lawn. She also designed our table-scapes using pre-owned decor that she sourced (she has a passion for sustainability that aligned so well with my values). She is also a talented florist and did the florals for our rehearsal dinner. We got so many compliments on everything. I mean, Sarah simply nailed it. I can't say this enough. On top of all of this, Sarah is just a beautiful person. Inside and out, her passion and kindness shines through. She simply loves people and she cares for her couples deeply. As an Indian bride, I felt so seen by her. Her Mexican heritage and traditions brought an inherent empathy for fusion and international couples and the unique challenges and situations multi-cultural weddings entail. My advice to other couples: 1) Hire the vendors Sarah recommends. She knows her stuff and things are smoother when your vendors know and trust each other. She recommended our caterer and it was hands down the best wedding food we've ever had. She has so many amazing contacts. 2) Try to hire Sarah before you even have a venue picked. She can help you scout it helps when your vendors already know the location. 3) You almost certainly need more than a day-of coordinator. I can't imagine going through all of this without Sarah, and I "only" held a micro-wedding. Hands-down the best money we spent on our wedding was Sarah.

As the bride (and someone who has anxiety), not only was I able to enjoy the last week or so leading up to the wedding, but I was able to fully enjoy the morning of the wedding (and the actual wedding) because of Kaila. She is friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator. She is so on top of everything, to the point where she knew that we were wanting to do a group shot with our little group of best friends, and she went out of her way to hunt down my husband and our best man to make sure we were all together to get it done. We already were committed to our other vendors but found Geoffrey Gilmores’ business for this rental. Despite only utilizing a small portion of the services he can provide, he was incredibly friendly, helpful, considerate and worked beautifully with our florist and day of event coordinator. He stayed for the entire Ceremony, even handed out small fans we had provided ( outdoor Summer ceremony ) as guests arrived. We did a Unity Knot Tying with two pieces of rope and he fashioned them into a heart shape on the ceremony table he had provided. Not only did he provide the Chuppah, but so much more and was just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend him for all the services he can provide

From dealing with vendor issues and anxiety to navigating life events and mini breakdowns, Tosha was there every step of the way. My wife and I met Abigale while she was helping my wife’s sister and brother in law with their wedding. She did an amazing job planning and coordinating the whole thing. So well in fact after I proposed to my wife we knew from the start we’d enlist the help of Abigale and Elaborate Events. I can say without any hesitation Abigale had her work cut out with us as her clients. We both have very busy work schedules and are both lacking in the imagination and decorating abilities. Wedding Vendor Reviews We just finished our wedding weekend and we cannot say enough good things about Ashley. From the moment we met, she was so kind and warm and took time to really get to know us as a couple and get a sense of our vision for the wedding. She made us feel so cared for. She was incredibly organized and detail-oriented; she made sure to address so many things we wouldn't have thought of on our own and truly left no stone unturned. Something we really appreciated was how reliable she was. If she said she would take care of something, we were able to free the mental space for that thing because there was no doubt in our minds she would get it done (and she never let us down, even down to packaging the specific cookie flavors we wanted to have set aside for our wedding night.) She got us appetizers and made sure we had a few moments to ourselves to eat before the night got away from us and grabbed us beverages at least twice throughout the night. We had a really tight turnaround time (ie 1 hour) between when our venue allowed us to start setting up and when the ceremony was set to start, so we were pretty anxious about it all getting done and looking good...it looked *incredible* and I know it wouldn't have gotten done if Ashley wasn't wildly organized and good at communicating to helpers. I know this review is getting long but there are just so many positive things to say. The bottom line is that she made our lives so much less stressful the last two weeks and especially the day of. She was worth every penny we paid (and honestly more!) as she went above and beyond time and time again. Lastly, something that was really meaningful for us was having a shared faith with Ashley. It was clear how her faith influences the way she runs her business. (She's so respectful, would be great to work with regardless of the bride and groom's religious identities.) TLDR: we're so so so happy we had Ashley as our coordinator; we would choose to work with her over and over again and would highly recommend to anyone. She not only executed our dream wedding day but she also brought a really wonderful energy to the whole weekend. Book Ashley ASAP!!

Philly, the owner of Prologue Events, is exactly the wedding planner/coordinator/florist/friend you need in your life. She does it all, which is very convenient so you don't have to communicate with a bunch of different vendors. For us, she worked on our Chinese/Tea Ceremony day and Western Ceremony day. She has lots of experience working with cultural weddings and is familiar with many traditional customs. Early on, she created a mood board for floral arrangements and tablescape, which made it easy to trust and align with her. From beginning to end, she made the 1 year we spent wedding planning sane and somewhat enjoyable. She broke down tasks for us, allowing us to focus on one task at a time, and gave us lots of vendor suggestions to choose from. Philly REALLY shined on our wedding weekend, which was 3 days. She constantly checked in on us, made sure we had breaks, set up every detail of the venue, patiently worked with our large hectic families, and packed up all of our belongings for us at the end of the night. She even took a bunch of behind-the-scene footages since we didn't carry our phones. We trusted Philly in executing and she delivered! She allowed us to enjoy our wedding and took on a lot of the logistical stress. We hired her for our day of coordination and she gave us a great document set to help us with our planning. I appreciated the monthly calls with her the few months leading up to the wedding to make sure we were on track. She set up our reception just the way I envisioned and it let me relax with my mom and bridesmaids on our wedding day. I loved that Kiira has a small inventory of items that we could borrow so we didn’t have to buy things (votives, picture frames, fun neon sign) just for one day but that could help elevate our wedding.
