Every detail, every deadline, every moving part — she had it covered. She walked us through every step and had amazing advice. When our venue unexpectedly canceled on us just two months before the wedding, we were completely overwhelmed. She immediately went into action mode, pivoted seamlessly, and helped us secure a new plan without missing a beat. What could have been a disaster turned into just another hurdle she expertly handled. We were based in San Francisco, and she is based in the greater Seattle area — and distance was never an issue. She scheduled calls whenever we needed, reached out to vendors, and followed up consistently to keep everyone aligned. She even flew down to SF twice during the planning process and then arrived early the week of the wedding to make sure everything was perfectly in place. That level of dedication meant the world to us. She reminded us about payments and deadlines and caught so many little things we absolutely would have forgotten. Her organization and proactive communication gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire process. One thing that meant so much to me personally was how supportive she was of my DIY projects. She encouraged me to be creative and never once made me feel like I was adding extra work. I truly think that level of flexibility and support is rare. On the wedding day, she struck the perfect balance of being flexible while still keeping us right on schedule. Any issue that came up was handled calmly and professionally — we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. All vendors were well-informed, coordinated, and prepared. She even created and printed a detailed binder with everything from schedules and song lists to seating charts — the level of preparation was incredible. We are beyond grateful for her. She is not only an amazing planner but an even better person. Her calm presence, organization, and genuine care made all the difference. I truly cannot sing her praises enough. Every time we spoke to the bride and groom leading up to the wedding day they would comment about how much hiring Sloane was taking all the stress out of the planning process and how thankful they were to have her expert guidance. “Hiring Sheeco, specifically Nicole, was the best decision we made when wedding planning! She was always professional, timely, organized, and respectful. But more than that, she helped ease all the stresses leading up to and happening on our wedding day with the most calming, grounding, big sister energy. It was exactly what we needed on so many occasions. Throughout our wedding, she made she we got to try our appetizers and dessert, had enough to eat/drink overall, offered to get us drinks while we were eating, brought us churros on the dance floor, and made our "reverse grand entrance"/receiving line vision come to life, even when our DJ and photographers didn't quite see the vision yet (it all worked out great in the end). It's the little things, too. On the first call about a month before our wedding, she told us to give her our burdens and she really meant it, nothing seemed too small to bring to her. She made us feel safe and welcome to ask her questions, even if we thought they might be silly. She helped us clear up confusing discrepancies with our caterer and rentals. She has a real skill for being direct in a very kind way, which is something I personally really appreciate. She is awesome!”

She always made me feel really comfortable throughout my planning process and never made me feel like I was crazy throughout the whole thing (even though I felt like it lol). She was incredible to work with, always available when I needed her and making me feel supported and confident leading up to the big day. The quality of Kayla and work and attention to detail was nothing short of amazing - Kayla and her team, Ryleigh, executed our vision with perfection, creating a beautiful and carefully curated event. The florals were absolutely stunning, straight out of a magazine, and the table execution was better than I could have ever imagined. Genuinely felt like I was living a fairytale and I never wanted the day to end! Although there were a few minor hiccups throughout the day (as is typical for any wedding), Aisle Daisy handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes so my husband and I literally had no idea - which is exactly what you want from your wedding coordinators/florists and all of your vendors. Lynda was absolutely fantastic as my wedding coordinator and I cannot recommend her enough. She was incredibly dedicated, even during the planning process, and came to all of our venue walk-throughs, even if they were last minute and on her day off. I went to go pick up wedding rentals a few days before the wedding and even the woman at the rental place, after seeing Lynda's name on my form, raved about her! And the day of my wedding, I didn't have to worry about a thing because I knew that Lynda had all of the details down and I trusted her to take care of anything and everything that came up. When she whipped out a pair of pilers from her fanny pack to pinch one of the clips for my bustle, I knew I had found an absolute gem of a day of coordinator.
