We are here to support you through all the decisions and creative visions that come with the wedding planning process. We are inclusive of all couples and all love stories.

Our process starts with you, listening to your story and your vision to translate it into an experience that feels personal and authentic. We love the PNW and showcasing it's beauty at our events, but we also love to travel and honor the local environments wherever we travel.

    Finn is Amazing!

    Hiring Finn was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. If you're wondering whether a planner/coordinator is worth it, the answer is yes. Having Finn meant we, our family, and our wedding party could truly enjoy the day instead of answering questions or worrying about logistics. As someone who plans events professionally, I know how much coordination goes into pulling off a successful event—and weddings are in a league of their own. From our first conversation, it was clear that Finn was experienced, organized, and confident. She immediately put us at ease. Although we hired Finn as a day-of coordinator, she provided so much more than day-of support. Throughout the planning process, she answered countless questions, communicated with vendors, created our timeline, reviewed the venue's plans to catch details and potential issues, offered thoughtful recommendations, and truly served as our advocate every step of the way. She also has a helpful collection of planning resources, vendor recommendations, officiant guidance, and rental items. She even offered to pick up our wedding cakes for us! Finn ran our rehearsal and wedding day seamlessly. She made sure everyone was prepared, everything stayed on schedule, and every behind-the-scenes detail was handled without us needing to think about it. She also helped my brother prepare to officiate his first wedding, taking the time to walk him through everything beforehand so he felt comfortable. What impressed me most was her demeanor. Weddings are fast-paced and unpredictable, and Finn remained calm, kind, cheerful, and collected throughout the day. She treated us, our family, wedding party, and guests with genuine warmth and professionalism. Several guests even commented on how wonderful she was. That's a rare quality and one that made such a difference in the overall experience. I've been to weddings where vendors are visibly stressed and short with guests, and you don't need to worry about that with Finn. Our wedding day went so smoothly because of Finn, and we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. I truly can't recommend her enough -- she is exactly the person you want in your corner on one of the biggest days of your life.

    Outstanding team - Awesome planner

    Working with Finn Events as a wedding florist, I can say they're top notch! Mary, their lead planner, is thoughtful and responsive, always getting back to us quickly with updates and decisions.     Finn saved the day!

    100% recommend Finn Events for any event planning needs. Finn McWilliam was truly a blessing and absolutely pivotal to the success of my wedding day. She served as my day-of-coordinator at the Fremont Foundry in the summer of 2025, stepping in just six weeks before the wedding when my venue’s in‑house coordinator fell through. At a time when I was supremely stressed, Finn saved the day. From the first email and in person encounter, she was professional, personable, organized, and a joy to work with. I was behind on planning and hadn’t yet booked hair and makeup. After sharing my overall style, Finn immediately reached out to her network and connected me with an incredible artist within an hour.     Mary is amazing!

    We worked with Mary and she was incredible. Fun to be around, professional, genuinely competent. When there were repeated changes in staffing at our venue she handled everything with ease and our wedding day was amazing. In the times we needed help with stylistic choices, Mary’s impeccable taste helped us immensely. Also, as a queer person in a heterosexual relationship, I always felt comfortable and understood by Mary, even when so many other parts of the industry felt aggressively and regressively gendered. Cannot recommend her highly enough!
