Evergreen Event Co intentionally designs and plans celebrations with purpose and meaning while keeping in mind the social and environmental impact. I downplay excess and one-time use decor and uphold experiences and connection. I started Evergreen Event Company 5 years ago, but have worked in the event industry much longer. I enjoy planning weddings because I get jazzed about brainstorming creative decor ideas, adding personalized details that show off your personality and solving tough logistical problems.

As a sustainable wedding planning company, we provide guidance and suggestions on ways to minimize your impact during the planning process as well as after the event is over. We help you set your intentions for a meaningful celebration that reflects your values. We don’t push traditions and help you choose a celebration that’s authentically you.

Description	Full planning is for the professional couple who values organization and unique experiences. For those who want to experience the fun parts of wedding planning but who also want to leave the management of the details to the pros. This allows couples the freedom to choose the level of involvement they’d like to have in the planning of their wedding, while knowing they’ve got a dedicated and experienced planning partner at their service.	We offer a done-for-you elopement package that includes flowers, officiating, dessert, music and drinks. We also offer this package in a microwedding option of up to 24 people which includes flowers, officiating, dessert, music and place settings. You can add-on a meal, location scouting or other needs. Lets discuss your vision!	Partial Planning is for those who want to dive in and tackle the planning and design tasks that they’re excited about doing, while leaving the organizational details of the event management to the pros. We’ll meet throughout the planning process to make sure you are on track. Then, three months before your wedding, we’ll step in to lock-in logistics and coordinate final details so that you can enjoy the last months of your engagement.	For the couple who will DIY the planning and design of their wedding, but want an experienced pro to coordinate the big day. You’ll meet with a planner upon booking who will create an initial timeline and budget so you have a framework for decision making. Then, three months before your wedding, we’ll jump into the planning process with you to coordinate final details and take over vendor management.

Don't look further - hire Kiira now!
Kiira is amazing! Our wedding day went on smoothly thanks to Kiira's great communication and organization. Kiira helped us coordinate vendors, ferry schedules, coolers of NA beverages, decor, and catering for dietary restrictions. We had to pivot venues 24h before and our guests would have never known since Kiira did such a great job of helping to organize all of our vendors to the new location. Cannot recommend Kiira highly enough, especially for a PNW elopement/non-traditional wedding!

Great experience with Kiira
We chose Kiira as our wedding day coordinator because of a shared commitment to sustainability and felt she understood our values and the intentions that we hoped to integrate and be reflected in our wedding. She is professional, expertly guided us through final stages of planning, beautifully set up our tables and decorations, was extremely responsive throughout the whole process, and stayed on top of the many details and logistics. Kiira also has a cool and calming presence which is exactly what you want in a wedding coordinator. We had a great experience and highly recommend her.

Evergreen Event (Kiira) delivers in every realm!
Before I started planning my wedding, I had NO idea the amount of time & administration it would entail. On top of all these weighted decisions you have to make about how you want this once-in-a-lifetime occasion to look & feel, you have to administer a major event. Kiira has systems for everything, meaning guidebooks, checklists and templates, & wedding-specific software for things like timeline & layout planning. Having that administration piece set up for you and handed to you at the start is so valuable!! Throughout the process there were so many little things that I wasn't thinking of, like having a guest book (what type? how that should be displayed?), or needing microphones for the ceremony, that Kiira prompted us to think about & plan out. She helped immensely with decor planning! And her input & support a few weeks out, the week of (when a vendor cancelled last minute), and on our wedding day itself (having rain change some of our plans, on top of so much day-of coordination) was just immeasurable, and I'm SOO grateful to have worked with her!!

Wonderful Sustainability Focused Wedding Planner!
My wife and I were looking for a sustainability focused wedding planner in the Seattle area last year, and Kiira was a perfect fit for us! We hired her early on and she made navigating all the decision making easy and low stress. She is well networked with other vendors that prioritize sustainability, which is exactly what we wanted. Any time we had a question or a concern, Kiira was quick to get us an answer or solution. She helped keep things well organized and on schedule, and she communicated proactively both with us and with our vendors on our behalf. We ended up choosing Islandwood for our venue (which we highly recommend!) and Kiira worked seemlessly that weekend so that we never even thought about event day timeline and management. Things just happened wonderfully and we just had a beautiful time with loved ones. I can only imagine how much she did behind the scenes that we didn't notice to pull that off! Highly recommend!

Easy to work with, from a venue coordinator
I had a wonderful experience working with Evergreen Event Co. as the venue (Dancing Fish Vineyards) for a wedding reception. Kiira maintained a calm and organized demeanor throughout the entire planning process, which was especially helpful when changes needed to be made. Their flexibility in adapting to any updates or adjustments was greatly appreciated. Evergreen Event Co. did an excellent job coordinating all the moving pieces and ensuring the wedding day ran smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a professional and reliable wedding planning team.
