Marcea's experience comes to you decades in the making. Having grown up with a wedding coordinator mom, Marcea started coordinating weddings and receptions at a very young age. She went on to plan events with a prominent Seattle restaurant company, and has planned dinners and parties large and small for churches, non-profit organizations, schools, and small businesses, ranging in size from a small gathering to a crowd of 1,000. Her own Christmas parties are legendary, something she also learned from her mom. She brings the same passion to every event, every time.

We are three-generation planners! Marcea works most weddings with her daugher and occasionally her mom will still help out, too. We have decades of experience between us and understand family dynamics!

    Working with Marcea gave us all a sense of reassurance and guidance throughout the year-long planning process. Her knowledge and expertise were invaluable to us. It was a true gift to be able to enjoy every second of my child's wedding day and not have to worry about a single detail. Marcea had it all covered; even coming to the rescue with a sewing kit.     We feel so lucky to have found Marcea. From start to finish, we felt completely taken care of—every step of the process was thoughtful, organized, and personalized. Even after encountering a few hitches with the venue, Marcea was calm, collected, and dedicated to making wedding planning as stress-free as possible. She was generous with her time and always made us feel supported. One of the things we loved most about working with Marcea was her creativity. She not only helped us incorporate our ideas, but also gave us her own, such as how to announce tables for dinner and plenty of local recommendations since ours was a destination wedding. She even gave suggestions for events beyond the wedding, including the welcome party and bachelor party. All of her recommendations fit us as a couple – that’s a testament to how well she gets to know her clients. She made our wedding feel like it was uniquely ours. The wedding day itself couldn’t have gone better and we owe a lot of that to Marcea. She truly went above and beyond to give us one of the best days of our lives. Thank you Marcea!

    We had the absolute pleasure of working with Marcea for our wedding at the Fairmont, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From our very first meeting, she was incredibly attentive, truly listening to what we wanted and always making us feel supported. One of the things we appreciated most was her flexibility—she was willing to take on as much or as little as we needed throughout the planning process, which really helped reduce our stress. Her experience and creativity showed in every detail. She came to us with so many thoughtful, unique ideas and helped shape a wedding day that was both beautiful and deeply personal. We trusted her recommendations and ended up going with all of her suggested vendors—every single one was absolutely fabulous.
