RomantiqMoments was born from our shared passion for love stories and beautifully planned celebrations. Having both gone through the journey of planning our own weddings, we understand both the excitement and the stress that comes with wedding planning. We think being able to craft these cherished moments for couples is an honor. For us, planning is second nature—there’s something incredibly fulfilling about bringing every detail together. It’s just like completing a perfect puzzle. Our goal is to make the journey joyful and seamless, so you can focus on creating memories that will last a lifetime.

With backgrounds in hotel and event planning, as well as project management, we bring a strong foundation of expertise to every wedding we design. Over the years, we have planned and coordinated everything from intimate elopements to grand full-service weddings. We have executed every detail thoughtfully.     We worked with Maggie and Rania as our wedding coordinators, and they were absolutely amazing! During the planning process, they were detail-oriented, professional, and always proactive in helping us organize everything. They offered great advice for each part of the event and often pointed out things we hadn’t even thought of, which made us feel so well-prepared and confident on our wedding day. On the wedding day, they coordinated everything so smoothly with our vendors and made sure the entire event ran perfectly.     I started planning my wedding about six months in advance, but it wasn’t until a month and a half before the big day that I found Maggie—and that’s when everything suddenly became so much easier. Although she was technically hired as a “day-of coordinator,” what she did went far beyond that. From the very beginning, she helped me double-check every detail, followed up with vendors, and joined all of my vendor meetings. She always asked the important questions I wouldn’t have thought of myself, and whenever I forgot something we had previously discussed with a vendor, she would immediately pull up the details for me. I’ve told her many times that hiring her was the best investment of my entire wedding. She truly went above and beyond what her package described—she was a lifesaver. Maggie even offered to come with me to the venue walk-through, helped us organize our rehearsal, and pointed out all the details we should pay attention to. Thanks to her, by the time we were two weeks away from the wedding, everything was already under control and I could relax knowing all vendor communications were being handled. On the wedding day itself, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing—I was able to simply enjoy the day. Maggie is by far the best coordinator I’ve ever met, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any of my friends who are looking for a wedding coordinator.

    Romantiq Moments was an exceptional wedding planning team to work with. Their communication style was thorough, kind, prudent, and timely, though at times a bit repetitive. The quality of their work and value they provided was truly outstanding - they were proactive, vigilant, caring, and intentional every step of the way. On our wedding day, they ensured the bride was comfortable and had her physical needs met despite some hot weather. They also expertly managed the decor to align as closely as possible with our vision, and addressed any issues that arose. While a few of our other vendors reported some confusion related to Romantiq Moments' communication, we found them to be an invaluable partner in making our wedding day everything we had dreamed of.
