Hello! I am a baker and cake designer by heart and VERBENA CROWE is my passion. I have been making cakes since I was small, but professionally only for about the last 26 years. I am obsessed with trying new techniques and styles, and I love a challenge! I create hand-sculpted sugar flowers, chocolate flowers and decorations, and can work in all the cake mediums. Best baker in the PNW!
Lorraine is by far the best baker I’ve ever bought from! She’s made our wedding cake, grooms cake, welcome party cookies, engagement cupcakes, baby shower cake, and birthday cakes, and each time she delivers a unique creation that not only tastes amazing but is beautiful in design! In fact, I’ve had people comment from our wedding saying the cake was too pretty to eat. And the taste speaks for itself, we served 1.5x the amount of cake at our wedding and it was all gone at the end of the evening. We even requested DF/GF flavors and you could never tell the difference between them and the regular flavors. And to top it all off, she is the nicest person to work with for events! Highly recommend her for any event!!
