Seattle-based soft serve and espresso truck offering homemade vanilla bean soft serve, affogato, and specialty espresso drinks for weddings, private parties, brand events, and neighborhood gatherings.

We are the only truck specializing in affogato! Our soft serve is homemade in small batches and we put extra care and attention into every detail, down to custom menus and personal touches on the truck.

Affogato Package

Description

The classic Soft Launch experience. Basic espresso service + homemade vanilla bean soft serve. Includes cups, cones, and basic toppings + affogato, espresso, and americano (sugar, cream, and oat milk provided).

Signature Package

Price$1,750

Description

Everything in the Affogato Package + full service espresso bar (latte, cappuccino, cortado, etc.)

Deluxe Package

Price$2,000

Description

Everything from the Signature Package + expanded coffee & matcha bar (flavors, seasonal specials, custom drinks) and/or additional soft serve flavor and toppings

    Wedding reception

    Maddie & Ian with the help of her little sister Marissa did a fantastic job at my son and daughter in laws wedding reception! It was such a fun idea having Soft Launch there to give guests a fun new experience! Highly recommended!

    Happened upon this truck at figurehead and it was bombbbb. So good and so cute

Soft Launch is designed for weddings, private parties, brand events, pop-ups, and neighborhood gatherings. We're best suited for thoughtfully planned events looking for a warm, elevated treat experience.
We're based in Seattle and serve events throughout the greater Puget Sound area and surrounding communities. Travel beyond our core service area may be possible on a case-by-case basis.
The truck is fully self-sufficient, operating entirely on our own on-board generator power. We simply require a flat outdoor spot, approximately 8 feet wide by 20 feet long for our truck.
We offer oat milk for espresso drinks for no extra charge, and gluten-free cones are available on request. Our soft serve is made in small batches with organic A2 milk, and a vegan recipe is currently in development.
