As a Central Washington local, I've built strong relationships with many of the area's trusted venues and vendors, giving my couples the benefit of local expertise and thoughtful recommendations. Description	For my couples who just put a ring on it, you have a guest list, but would love someone to walk alongside you through the whole wedding planning process. Someone who has the resources, guidance and expertise to make your wedding day memorable and unforgettable! I will assist in the planning, preparation and coordination of your wedding from start to finish, allowing you to enjoy the entire process - stress free!	Making your dream destination wedding happen in Chelan! Same as my Signature Package- Full Planning.	For my couples who have your venue & catering company picked out, but need help bringing your Pinterest dream wedding to life. Not only does this package include all services listed in ‘Final Touch Coordination,’ but I will also help with vendor selection based upon your personal style and budget. We will work together to keep your planning on track while working alongside design vendors to create exactly what you’ve been dreaming of!	For my “do-it-yourself” couples, this day-of coordination option allows you to take the leading role in your wedding planning while I come in and help you with the final specific details that will make your vision come to life before your eyes! You won’t have to worry about a single detail come wedding day. Your job will be to simply enjoy everything you’ve put together!

Amazing Wedding Planner
We were 3-4 months out from our Wedding Day and only had a Venue nailed down. We did not know where to even start or how we were going to make this happen in such a short time. However, a miracle landed in our lap, Ashley at Faithful Foundations Weddings. She guided us through the process with the expertise we had sorely been missing and got us on back on track. It felt like a weight had been lifted and could actually see this coming together. It turned out to be such a special and amazing day we won't ever forget. Ashley made it all so easy and simple but more than that she became a friend we relied on and had complete faith in that everything would go off without a hitch, and it did. She assembled the best group of vendors we could have asked for in such a short time frame. All of these vendors helped to bring about the culmination of a beautiful day for Brittany and I. We would highly recommend anyone starting down the path of planning their own wedding to reach out to Ashley at Faithful Foundations Weddings as you won't regret having such a professional and amazing woman bring your vision to life!

A True Partner in Event Success
From a venue perspective, Ashley was a pleasure to work with. Her communication was excellent throughout the planning process, and she was always prompt, organized, and professional. She collaborated seamlessly with our team, kept everyone informed, and helped ensure the event ran smoothly from start to finish. What stood out most was her positive attitude and flexibility. Even when unexpected challenges arose—as they inevitably do during events—she remained calm, solution-oriented, and adaptable. She was not only incredibly capable and reliable but also genuinely fun to work with, making the planning process and event day enjoyable for everyone involved. If I could give more stars in this rating, I 100% would!! From the moment we started planning our wedding, Ashley stood out for her thorough, positive, and encouraging communication style. Ashley exceeded my expectations with her high attention to detail and thoughtful coordination - she truly thought of everything! Ashley was the first person to arrive and the last to leave on our wedding day. She went above and beyond to handle the unexpected and served as the point of contact for all our vendors, family, and helpers. Several guests commented on how professional, helpful, and upbeat Ashley was - no task was too small or too big for her. Faithful Foundations Weddings is an exceptional wedding coordinator that I would highly recommend to any couple planning their big day.

Faithful foundations BEST wedding coordinator
Ashley from Faithful Foundations was our day of coordinator for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made for our big day!! She is so organized, helpful and talented!! I joked that I didn’t want to have to think about anything other than getting married and that was totally true in the best way!! All of the details I dreamed of happened and I got to sit back and soak up marrying my love!! 10/10 recommend hiring Ashley for your special day!!!

The best wedding coordinator!!
Wedding Vendor Reviews We just finished our wedding weekend and we cannot say enough good things about Ashley. From the moment we met, she was so kind and warm and took time to really get to know us as a couple and get a sense of our vision for the wedding. She made us feel so cared for. She was incredibly organized and detail-oriented; she made sure to address so many things we wouldn't have thought of on our own and truly left no stone unturned. Something we really appreciated was how reliable she was. If she said she would take care of something, we were able to free the mental space for that thing because there was no doubt in our minds she would get it done (and she never let us down, even down to packaging the specific cookie flavors we wanted to have set aside for our wedding night.) She got us appetizers and made sure we had a few moments to ourselves to eat before the night got away from us and grabbed us beverages at least twice throughout the night. We had a really tight turnaround time (ie 1 hour) between when our venue allowed us to start setting up and when the ceremony was set to start, so we were pretty anxious about it all getting done and looking good...it looked *incredible* and I know it wouldn't have gotten done if Ashley wasn't wildly organized and good at communicating to helpers. I know this review is getting long but there are just so many positive things to say. The bottom line is that she made our lives so much less stressful the last two weeks and especially the day of. She was worth every penny we paid (and honestly more!) as she went above and beyond time and time again. Lastly, something that was really meaningful for us was having a shared faith with Ashley. It was clear how her faith influences the way she runs her business. (She's so respectful, would be great to work with regardless of the bride and groom's religious identities.) TLDR: we're so so so happy we had Ashley as our coordinator; we would choose to work with her over and over again and would highly recommend to anyone. She not only executed our dream wedding day but she also brought a really wonderful energy to the whole weekend. Book Ashley ASAP!!
