Hi! I’m Shea Miller, the founder and heart behind Alpine Events and I’m so glad you’re here! I started Alpine Events with a simple goal: to create meaningful, memorable experiences that exceed expectations. Over the years, I’ve seen how the right event can bring people together, tell a story, and leave a lasting impression and I wanted to be part of that magic. It’s my hope that when you work with us, you feel supported, inspired, and completely taken care of and that we’ll be your go-to team for all of life’s special moments.

What began as a passion for planning and organizing turned into a full-service event company built on trust, creativity, and a commitment to going above and beyond for every client. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate gathering, private party, or a celebration “just because,” I pour my heart into making sure every detail is taken care of and every moment feels effortless and unforgettable. Working with Alpine Events has been a game-changer for our venue. Shea and her team demonstrated exceptional coordination from rehearsal night straight through to cleanup, with seamless transitions and zero dropped balls. What impressed us most was how Shea returned after another event to personally oversee the reception with such professionalism and energy—she had our cleanup crew moving like a well-oiled machine. Her calming presence and approachable nature made it easy for us to trust her with every detail, and Emily and Tonya were equally fantastic in their support. As venue owners, we deeply appreciated having a planner we could genuinely rely on for anything that came up. We'd absolutely welcome Alpine Events back for future events.

Thank you for an awesome wedding!
Shea and her team were great! We had our wedding at a no host site and Shea seamlessly directed our helper friends and family to carry out our wedding vision. She was very easy to work with, flexible, efficient, organized, and fun. There was no cell service at our venue and she even planned ahead to have walkie talkies for our photographer so she could communicate with the whole team. We highly recommend Shea for your wedding!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding planner. Looking back on our wedding day, we could see all of her hard work, dedication, and attention to detail come together, and it was absolutely beautiful. From the very beginning, she was so kind, patient, understanding, and loving not only with me, but especially with my kids. She made them feel comfortable and included, and that meant so much to me. She also made me feel like the entire day was truly about me. She listened to what I wanted, made sure the decor reflected my vision, and made sure the details and rules that were important to me were followed. She never made me feel like I was being difficult or asking too much. Instead, she made me feel heard and supported. A lot of our planning was done long-distance, with meetings and calls over Google, which could have easily made things stressful or complicated. But she was patient and communicative throughout the entire process, and somehow, when the big day finally arrived, everything came together beautifully. At some point, she stopped feeling like just our wedding planner and truly became a part of the event and our special day. Everyone who interacted with her could see how phenomenal she was. I genuinely could not have done it without her. She took so much of the stress off my shoulders and allowed me to be present and enjoy my wedding day. I will always be grateful for everything she did to make our day so special. If you are looking for someone who is caring, organized, patient, attentive, and will truly treat your wedding like it matters to her, I cannot recommend her enough. She was phenomenal from beginning to end!

I can't say enough good things about Shea & Emily at Alpine Events! Shea is incredibly detail-oriented, friendly, and just a genuinely kind person. Along with her wonderful assistant, Emily, they really understood my vision and executed it perfectly. Both of them worked so hard to ensure everything went smoothly. They have a fantastic way of communicating with everyone, which made the whole process stress-free. I really appreciated how much time they spent planning with me in advance; it made me feel at ease during the hectic week before the wedding. Both of them made the experience enjoyable and fun, and I loved having them by my side!

From the moment we booked Alpine Events, Shea and Emily made planning our daughter's destination wedding feel manageable and stress-free. What really stood out was how they rolled up their sleeves during the week before the wedding—they weren't just planners; they became part of our family and friends, helping us prepare the cabin and handle all the moving pieces.
