Hi! I’m Shea Miller, the founder and heart behind Alpine Events and I’m so glad you’re here! I started Alpine Events with a simple goal: to create meaningful, memorable experiences that exceed expectations. Over the years, I’ve seen how the right event can bring people together, tell a story, and leave a lasting impression and I wanted to be part of that magic. It’s my hope that when you work with us, you feel supported, inspired, and completely taken care of and that we’ll be your go-to team for all of life’s special moments.

What began as a passion for planning and organizing turned into a full-service event company built on trust, creativity, and a commitment to going above and beyond for every client. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate gathering, private party, or a celebration “just because,” I pour my heart into making sure every detail is taken care of and every moment feels effortless and unforgettable. The Perfect Blend of Professionalism and Fun
Shea and I have worked together for years, dating back to when we shared an office as fellow coordinators at Sleeping Lady Resort. I always love when we get the opportunity to work together again! Shea has a talent for bringing each client's vision to life while making sure the day runs seamlessly. She's organized, adaptable, and always keeps things moving behind the scenes. One of my favorite things about working with her is the energy she brings—planning meetings and email chains are always a little more fun, and even during the most stressful moments, she has a way of making everyone laugh. I would highly recommend Shea, whether you're looking for a day-of coordinator or a bartender. She genuinely cares about her clients, works incredibly hard, and is a joy to have as part of any event team.

Levy/Wells wedding
Working with Alpine Events was such a smooth experience from start to finish. The team stayed on top of every detail and kept us in the loop the whole way through, which made the planning process feel way less stressful than we expected. Wedding Planner
Choosing Alpine Events as the wedding planner was one of the best decisions our daughter and fiancé made for their big day. From the rehearsal, she laid out the entire timeline so clearly that we knew exactly what to expect and when. On their wedding day, she coordinated the flowers, helped the bridesmaids set up the venue, and kept everything running on schedule without hovering or making us feel rushed. What impressed us most was how she stayed in the background while still making sure we got where we needed to be at the right time. She was calm, organized, and genuinely invested in making their day special. We would absolutely recommend Alpine Events to any couple looking for a planner who is both professional and easy to work with.

Best weekend ever
Shea was absolutely incredible from the moment we booked with her for our 110 person wedding. She took such good care of us and met our needs that we didn’t even know needed to be taken care of. She got to know us and what we like and care about and ensured those things were present on our day. We hired Shea for day of coordination but she truly worked with us for much more than that and really helped keep us on track and get things done so that we could be prepared and enjoy our wedding weekend! She also did so much behind the scenes and coordinated working and talking with vendors, friends and family. She is well-connected in Leavenworth so it was great that she already knew a lot of people and who to ask about certain things. The whole day ran smoothly and she kept the pace of the evening so well.

Great Drinks!
Shea Miller was an exceptional bar tender that went above and beyond to make our wedding day truly memorable. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, friendly, and thorough in her communication, always making sure we felt supported and informed throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding, her drinks were consistently excellent. The drinks were expertly crafted and were delicious! Shea also went the extra mile, bringing the bar, ensuring the bride and groom always had a drink in hand, and being incredibly kind and attentive to all of our guests. We highly recommend Shea with Alpine Events to any couple looking to have tasty drinks for their special day.
