With full-service planning, I handle everything from venue selection to the final send-off, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. My detail-focused approach means no element is overlooked, so you can enjoy the fun parts of wedding planning without the stress. From the first consultation to the last dance, I’m here to bring your vision to life with expertise, creativity, and a calm, organized touch.

Destination weddings fall under Full-Service Wedding Planning, which starts at $8,500. Travel and accommodations will be factored into the final price.

Partial Planning bridges the gap between DIY and Full-Service support by providing the structure, coordination, and logistics expertise you need without starting from square one. It’s a perfect option if you’ve already booked your venue and a few key vendors but want a seasoned planner to ensure everything runs smoothly through execution.

    I cannot express enough gratitude to Bridget for making our wedding day truly special. From our very first meeting, Bridget was attentive, professional, personable and genuinely invested in turning our vision into reality. Every detail was planned to perfection, from the stunning decor to the seamless timeline, ensuring our day unfolded perfectly. One of the highlights of our planning process was the food and drink tasting. Bridget organized a delicious session where we could sample the incredible menu options crafted by the hotel’s talented chefs.     Topaz & Pearl Weddings and Events was a pleasure to work with for this luxe wedding. I'm a vendor and work with hundreds of top event organizers, but they really stood out to me. Their communication was always clear, on-time, and well-organized, which helped put the couple at ease throughout the planning process and keep everything on track The team had a laid-back, friendly demeanor that was both reassuring and communicative. Even though this was their first time working at this venue (since they traveled to this wedding), they were on point and kept everything running like clockwork - the day-of coordination was flawless. Their great vibes and low-key presence helped everyone feel relaxed, reassured and taken care of. I hope to work with them again-- they also assembled a great team of vendors!

    Where do I even begin? Hiring her was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. From day one, Bridget truly thought of everything. Every detail, every deadline, every moving part — she had it covered. She walked us through every step and had amazing advice. When our venue unexpectedly canceled on us just two months before the wedding, we were completely overwhelmed. She immediately went into action mode, pivoted seamlessly, and helped us secure a new plan without missing a beat. What could have been a disaster turned into just another hurdle she expertly handled. We were based in San Francisco, and she is based in the greater Seattle area — and distance was never an issue. She scheduled calls whenever we needed, reached out to vendors, and followed up consistently to keep everyone aligned. She even flew down to SF twice during the planning process and then arrived early the week of the wedding to make sure everything was perfectly in place. That level of dedication meant the world to us. She reminded us about payments and deadlines and caught so many little things we absolutely would have forgotten. Her organization and proactive communication gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire process. One thing that meant so much to me personally was how supportive she was of my DIY projects. She encouraged me to be creative and never once made me feel like I was adding extra work. I know some planners prefer to limit DIY elements, but she fully embraced them — and then set everything up absolutely perfectly. Every detail looked even better than I imagined. I truly think that level of flexibility and support is rare. On the wedding day, she struck the perfect balance of being flexible while still keeping us right on schedule. Any issue that came up was handled calmly and professionally — we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. All vendors were well-informed, coordinated, and prepared. She even created and printed a detailed binder with everything from schedules and song lists to seating charts — the level of preparation was incredible. We are beyond grateful for her. She is not only an amazing planner but an even better person. Her calm presence, organization, and genuine care made all the difference. I truly cannot sing her praises enough. If you’re wondering whether she can handle your wedding, no matter your location, the answer is absolutely yes. She flawlessly executed our day, and we would choose Bridget again in a heartbeat.

    Bridget goes above and beyond, she was with us every step of the way and then some. When I got married right after COVID, we had a few guests drop, and she would work with me to make sure I got the most bang for my buck. She always reached out if there was any update or change, and was like a true friend by my side. There is no one else I would rather have planning my wedding. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
