With full-service planning, I handle everything from venue selection to the final send-off, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. My detail-focused approach means no element is overlooked, so you can enjoy the fun parts of wedding planning without the stress. From the first consultation to the last dance, I’m here to bring your vision to life with expertise, creativity, and a calm, organized touch.

Destination weddings fall under Full-Service Wedding Planning, which starts at $8,500. Travel and accommodations will be factored into the final price.

Hourly event consulting is a strong fit for couples and hosts who want guidance from a professional event planner without committing to full-service support. Whether you’re planning your own wedding, comparing venues or vendors, refining your budget, or feeling stuck on next steps, this service provides expert direction to keep your planning process on track. Cost is project-based and starts at $50/hour with a contracted 10-hour minimum.

Partial Planning bridges the gap between DIY and Full-Service support by providing the structure, coordination, and logistics expertise you need without starting from square one. It’s a perfect option if you’ve already booked your venue and a few key vendors but want a seasoned planner to ensure everything runs smoothly through execution.

    Styled Photoshoot Session -- Pier 70

    In my many years of working with people and groups, I have learned how important communication is, especially when organizing events. Bridget excelled at this! Even when the clock was clicking down to the end, she managed to respond quickly. I hope she knows how important this is and how good she is at it! Also, I was impressed at how she and Madi managed to coordinate so many things at such a high standard! Very impressive! Our Take7 band hopes to work with Bridget in the future and considered this well worth the time we spent for her for this event.

    A Dedicated Collaborator

    Bridget and I collaborated on a wedding editorial in Seattle and I really appreciated her dedication to the project. She took the time to meet with me, source a group of very talented vendors, and ensure communication stayed flowing up until and on shoot day. The ambitious schedule and overall design turned out beautifully and I really appreciated her flexibility throughout this project as well as her commitment to the vision! She handled all of the unexpected curveballs, add-ons, and adjustments in stride. Not every vendor approaches editorial projects with the same level of care and diligence as a real wedding/event, but Bridget absolutely did.
