Wandering Table Catering is a full service event catering company that can provide services from small, intimate dinner receptions to large, full-scale weddings. We work with a local farm co-op to source as many local, seasonal ingredients as possible throughout the year. Our menus focus on PNW flavors with a strong Mediterranean influence from our travels. We approach each event with the understanding that each client’s vision and needs are unique to them. We love to customize a menu, our service, and learn more about your vision to create an experience that is uniquely you. This includes working with a range of budgets, incorporating specific menu items, style of service, etc. For example, you may want to have a more formal style service but not have the budget for a plated dinner. We have done a modified buffet incorporating a family style, table served salad followed by a dinner buffet service. Contact us about your vision and we would love to chat!

    April is the best (and so is the food)

    A piece of advice that I received repeatedly before our wedding was making sure I ate. I'm very glad I listened to that recommendation because everything I ate during cocktail hour, dinner, and our late night snack was excellent. Wedding food is often forgettable and fades into the background. April and her team at Wandering Table made sure that didn't happen and served great food during our entire wedding. From the very beginning of our planning process, April was communicative, extremely helpful, and someone who I could always count on. April walked us through recommendations for how much to order, provided multiple estimates, and answered numerous emails and phone calls. She also put together all the ordering for the rentals, providing multiple quotes as our numbers repeatedly changed. The staff on site during our wedding was also phenomenal and very attentive to all of our needs. They made sure everything went smoothly and checked in on my husband and I multiple times during the night. My husband and I really value eating well and our wedding was no exception. Many of our guests raved about the food and we couldn't agree more. I HIGHLY recommend April and Wandering Table if you want great food and wonderful people.

    Best catering team!

    From the moment we started working with April and the Wandering Table Catering team, we knew we were in great hands. April was extremely communicative, helpful and friendly throughout the entire planning process. The food was amazing - our guests truly enjoyed the plated dinner service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our guests had everything they needed. April and her team are amazing, and we are so glad we booked them to cater our wedding. The service was impeccable, and we couldn't have asked for a better catering experience on our special day. April even coordinated our rentals which was a huge help and made it so easy to execute my vision.

    Perfection

    From start to finish, Wandering Table was the ideal caterer/ vendor. Everything was easy and turned out beautiful. April was very easy to communicate, was so adaptable and flexible to our needs, and delivered delicious food with the friendliest staff right on time. We felt like it was also such a reasonable price. So we would absolutely recommend Wandering Table to anyone :)

    Delightful

    We've used Wandering Table for a couple of past events now. April is a calm partner and such a delight to work with in the sea of logistics it takes to pull events together. Each time, the tablescape and food have been impressive right down to utensils and food tent cards.

Yes, we offer tastings for each couple and up to 2 guests for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us following the tasting, the fee is credited towards your final invoice.
We are full service. We partner with local event rental companies for this and will help talk you through available rental options and work with you to find options within your budget.
We serve the greater Seattle area as well as are always open to travelling further outside the area seasonally!
We have many vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options available. We can also accommodate nut, shellfish, and other specific allergies.
Yes, we can cut and serve your wedding cake to your guests with no extra charge. The only thing additional would be the plates & forks needed to serve the cake.
There is only a delivery fee when the venue is over 20 miles from our kitchen location in Redmond WA.
No, we are open to small events!
