Since 1993, Mama Stortini's has been serious about great food, tasty drinks, and sharing it with folks who love the feeling of a homemade meal. Mama Stortini's Catering takes this concept with them wherever they go, so that any celebration is crafted with love, and it shows.

As a full-service catering company, we are able to supply our clients with linens (all color/texture types available), china, flatware, glassware, and other rental items. We provide bartending services, as well as fully staff every event- whether it is in our Fireside Room (Puyallup Location) or an offsite location of your choice, to be sure that you, your guests, and your venue of choice are cared for.

    Exceptional Wedding Food & Bar Services

    We had multiple guests comment on how this was the best wedding food they have had. Mama Storinis did an exceptional job with food quality (the eggplant/chicken parmesan was not soggy or dry) and the staff were all friendly. We combined their bar services by providing the drinks for the bartender to serve. They also helped with serving the wedding cake, which we provided. They were professional and easy to coordinate with to ensure all dietary restrictions could be accommodated. We would happily book them again for a future event!

    Best vendor we have worked with!

    Mama Sortinis was top notch catering. The communication from start to finish was excellent, Julie was incredibly easy to work with and she made sure we were well taken care of throughout the process. The food was of course delicious and our guests raved about the chicken picada and wild rice pilaf! The wait staff was timely, respectful and proactive - we never had to ask for anything to be done. They made sure to box up special to go meals for my wife and I and even made sure to box up some cake for us! 10/10 we would highly recommend Mama Sortinis catering for any event!

    Fantastic Catering Experience

    Mama Stortinis Catering was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, their communication was open, honest, and proactively helpful in guiding us through the catering process. On the day of the event, they arrived promptly and set up their stations with a wonderfully presented spread of crowd-pleasing dishes. The food was plentiful and delicious, and we felt their pricing was realistic for the high-quality service and presentation. Yes, we offer complimentary tastings for you and a guest at our Puyallup location. Booked clients may come back for additional tastings for a small fee.
As many times as needed! You are welcome to make an appointment with the catering team to meet in office or arrange an over-the-phone meeting to go over final details prior to your event date. Any meetings to take place at your venue will need approval/availability through the Catering Department's General Manager.
ABSOLUTELY! We can work with your color scheme and overall aesthetic to curate the perfect rental package of linens, china, flatware, glassware, and centerpiece options.
To provide the best service and quality in product as possible, our niche is within 2-hours driving distance from the Puyallup Mama Stortini's location. We generally serve the following areas: Puyallup, Tacoma, Lakewood, Auburn, Bonney Lake, Enumclaw, Buckley, Gig Harbor, Poulsbo, Seattle, Kent, Renton, Fife, Sea-Tac, Dupont, and other surrounding areas.
We can provide individual Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, and limited Vegan options as needed.
Right after reserving your venue, your caterer is the next big stop! To ensure you will have the services needed for your event, we recommend booking as soon as possible after you have chosen your venue. Please be aware that some venues have a closed catering list, so please be sure Mama Stortini's Catering is able to serve you and your guests at your venue.
Yes, delivery is an option for any event type! Being able to deliver to your event is solely dependent on the discretion of the venue. Some venues require full-service, or fully staffed events, where delivery is not an option. Should Mama Stortini's be able to deliver to your venue, the standard fee is $35.00 within a 15-mile radius of the area code 98372. The fee increases based on location of venue outside of the 15-mile radius.
Mama Stortini's Catering is happy to offer cake cutting services at no additional charge!
Yes, our event minimum is $3,000.00 in food and beverage (both alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic options) for all weddings, involving staffed offsite events. Minimums vary for Fireside Room rentals, delivery, or pick-up options.
