Fat Zach's Wood Fired Pizza debuted in 2018 as a small food cart on the corner of Pioneer and 2nd in downtown Puyallup. As of March 2020, we now offer you the same great pizza in a space where you can sit down and stay awhile located in Sumner, we hope to become a destination point for travelers from around the US - and a bragging right for the residence of Sumner. If you haven't tried us, today is the day!!

We do more than just pizza! If you’re considering fat Zach's as the caterer for your next private, be sure to ask about our rustic meat and cheese displays! We also offer crisp, seasonal salads, as well as appetizers such as baked brie bites, chicken skewers, and even a dessert bar!     Perfect wedding caterer

    I couldn’t recommend Fat Zach’s enough! The team was extremely efficient and kind throughout the entire planning process, answering all our questions and making everything feel easy. The pizza was amazing! We loved the pizzas that we chose off the menu, but I think any of the menu options would have been great. Fat Zach's went above and beyond to ensure our guests were happy and well-fed, and the value was spot-on. We would recommend them to everyone looking for a caterer.

    We love fat Zach’s!

    We loved Fat Zach’s! The pizza was such a huge hit and the charcuterie table was absolutely gorgeous. They worked with my dietary restrictions and made me a personal charcuterie for our sweetheart table as well. Shanna was so great to work with, I would absolutely recommend them to other couples.

    Best Pizza, Best Staff

    Fat Zach’s Pizza absolutely was the star at our wedding! We are STILL getting compliments on how good the food was, but how efficient they were! They absolutely knocked it out of the park making sure no guests were waiting for the pizza they wanted.

    Insanely delicious! Guest Approved!

    We hired Fat Zach's Pizza for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made. Shanna was responsive to every question we had and offered creative solutions that made planning stress-free. On the day of the wedding, the charcuterie table and pizza were absolute crowd favorites—our guests genuinely could not stop eating. The food was delicious and everyone told us it was the best pizza they'd had at a wedding. We also appreciated how thoughtful the team was about boxing up our leftovers so we could enjoy them later. We cannot recommend Fat Zach's Pizza highly enough!

    Pizza Heaven

    Their communication was fast and easy, the set up / tear down went seamless, and the PIZZA was incredible. I’ve heard from several guests they loved the food. 10/10 recommend
