Fat Zach's Wood Fired Pizza debuted in 2018 as a small food cart on the corner of Pioneer and 2nd in downtown Puyallup. As of March 2020, we now offer you the same great pizza in a space where you can sit down and stay awhile located in Sumner, we hope to become a destination point for travelers from around the US - and a bragging right for the residence of Sumner. If you haven't tried us, today is the day!!

We do more than just pizza! If you’re considering fat Zach's as the caterer for your next private, be sure to ask about our rustic meat and cheese displays! We also offer crisp, seasonal salads, as well as appetizers such as baked brie bites, chicken skewers, and even a dessert bar!     We recently used Fat Zach’s to cater our wedding and we’ve never been so happy! Our plan was to have a more casual wedding menu, and we were so excited when Fat Zach’s was available on our date. From the very beginning, Shanna (Mrs. Fat Zach’s) went above and beyond to answer every single one of my questions and make our elevated pizza buffet come to life. When I asked about allergies, Shanna asked about the specific brands that worked for our family and made sure to only include menu items that fit our needs. On the day of our wedding, our guests LOVED Fat Zach’s menu and are still sending us messages about it! Our cocktail hour featured their charcuterie board, and my husband and I loved that the FZ team made us our own plate to enjoy a quiet moment together immediately following the ceremony. The NBD and CBR pizzas were a fan favorite on the buffet line and we really appreciated the extra pizzas that were left for us to enjoy after the Fat Zach’s team left the event. Thank you Fat Zach’s for helping to make our day so special! We highly recommend using Fat Zach’s catering team and food truck for your next event!

    The best choice my husband and I made was to have fat zachs as our caterer. There was nothing left of the charcuterie board, no left over dessert, and only a few extra pizzas that we got to take home with us. We had 0 issues with them throughout our year and a half engagement and the communication was always great! Plus, they offer a tasting for you and your spouse to go and figure out what pizza you want on your special day, which solidified everything for us.

    I had Fat Zach’s cater my wedding via their pizza truck and the pizza was DELICIOUS! I had never had them before and found them via ZOLA while scrolling and I am so happy I did. Pizza and salad were delicious, staff were friendly, showed up on time, and Shana assisted with all my questions!
