Fat Zach's Wood Fired Pizza debuted in 2018 as a small food cart on the corner of Pioneer and 2nd in downtown Puyallup. As of March 2020, we now offer you the same great pizza in a space where you can sit down and stay awhile located in Sumner, we hope to become a destination point for travelers from around the US - and a bragging right for the residence of Sumner. If you haven't tried us, today is the day!!
We do more than just pizza! If you’re considering fat Zach's as the caterer for your next private, be sure to ask about our rustic meat and cheese displays! We also offer crisp, seasonal salads, as well as appetizers such as baked brie bites, chicken skewers, and even a dessert bar! Best Wedding Food Ever!
We booked Fat Zach's Pizza on the recommendation from our venue, and the venue was right! Fat Zach's was easy to communicate with and set up quotes/contracts. They are very experienced so the set-up was easy and required very little attention from us, allowing us to focus on enjoying the celebration. Their delicious pizza was the talk of the event, with guests raving about how good it was. To top it off, they packed up extra pizzas for us at the end of the night so we could continue the party at home. We highly recommend Fat Zach's Pizza for any couple looking for a straightforward and high-quality catering option for their wedding.

Fat Zach's Pizza was an amazing choice for our wedding catering. From start to finish, they were so easy to work with - efficient, responsive, and incredibly nice. The quality of their food was absolutely delicious, with yummy wood-fired pizza and cupcakes that really hit the spot. My guests raved about the appetizers, pizza, and cupcakes, and they even made my husband and I our own special pizza to take home after the wedding. Fat Zach's contributed greatly to making our special day perfect. I highly recommend them to any couple looking for a reliable, high-quality caterer for their wedding.
