Day-Of Coord
We worked with Rebecca for day-of coordination and she was absolutely wonderful! She and the YPB team had a ton of resources to help us plan and stay organized (like planning docs & templates and vendor recs). These and the routine meetings helped us to stay on track with wedding planning. She was communicative with us, our venue, and our vendors, and on the day of the wedding she ran everything smoothly and efficiently, allowing us to enjoy our day and be present with our guests! Rebecca set up all our decor exactly as we envisioned and helped make our day magical and special. Thank you Rebecca and YPB!!

The Perfect Team!
We were lucky enough to work with Hannah at YPB and could not have had a better experience! Hannah was our day of coordinator but also assisted with vendor recommendations, contract reviews, and was an excellent resource for questions. She was so kind through every step and SO organized! If you are on the fence, this is the team! Working with Hannah was a wonderful experience and only made our planning journey easier and more fun!

YPB is amazing!
Working with Your Perfect Bridesmaid was an absolute game-changer for our wedding day. Guillermo, our coordinator, stayed in constant touch throughout the planning process and showed up on the day itself with flawless execution—he anticipated every detail we'd need, from ensuring our classic, elegant aesthetic came through in every setup to quietly handling the logistics so my husband and I could actually enjoy ourselves. He didn't just manage the timeline; he thought ahead to things we didn't even realize we'd want, like preparing a plate of hors d'oeuvres for us during cocktail hour, making sure we had a full dinner spread at our sweetheart table, and locating my misplaced bouquet without me realizing so that I could have it in time for my bouquet dedication. On top of that, he went the extra mile and packed to-go boxes of the different food we had from the wedding reception including large slices of our wedding cake and placed them in our hotel room/hotel room fridge so we could continue to enjoy it all even after the wedding! His communication was punctual and consistent from start to finish, which gave us the peace of mind to focus on what mattered. The level of care and attention to detail was truly above and beyond what we expected. I'd highly recommend Guillermo and Your Perfect Bridesmaid to any couple looking for someone who will bring their vision to life without the stress. He and the YPB team were absolutely impeccable!

Behind the scenes
As a wedding vendor, I find that working with a great planner is essential to helping my bride be more relaxed and calm while we are getting ready in the morning. From a Wedding Photographers Perspective
I always love working with YPB - their team is so friendly, does an excellent job, and makes it easy for me to do my job. I would definitely recommend them if you want to enjoy your wedding day and be present.
