Our team has over 10+ years of fine dining and event experience. We also have experience with culturally diverse ceremonies and receptions. We’re a women owned company and inclusive to serve all communities.

VEVENTs 10/10 HIT!
Victoria is a rare find in an industry that is absolutely saturated with options. She is passionate about her job, and has so much knowledge and experience that it was so impressive. She was our wedding coordinator for a fall wedding in 2025, and to see her in action that day was honestly, a beautiful sight to see! Victoria was incredibly helpful through the entire planning process - but on the actual wedding day she shined. The entire VEVENTs team that day made everything seem so effortless and perfect, nothing was going to phase them and in turn phase me. All I did on my wedding day was focus on me. And that is priceless. I will miss working with her and Lacey and the entire team, but I am left with the best memories that would not have been possible had I not chosen VEVENTs for my special day. If you want the best of the best, most experienced, joyous, super detail orientated, and people that enjoy what they do - then choose VEVENTs!!!
Excellent Wedding Planner!
Hiring Victoria was the best decision we could have made for the success of our wedding! VEVENTS was our venue's preferred day-of coordinator, and we understood why after our first meeting. Victoria is organized, capable, approachable, and really knows her stuff. She's also just plain fun! Every meeting felt like a discussion with a (very efficient) friend. She offered ways we could bring our wedding vision to life, recommended vendors that fit our needs and values, and gave us real talk about how to prioritize and allocate our budget. We opted for a mini planning package in addition to day-of coordination, and I'm so glad we did. I'm very particular about details, and Victoria was the right person to handle much of the coordination leading up to the wedding. I felt comfortable and confident knowing Victoria was our main point of contact for our vendors in advance and on the day of the wedding. Everything seemed to run smoothly the whole evening, and I was so happy Victoria was there to make sure we were on schedule and where we needed to be at the right time.

We LOVED working with Victoria and Lacey to plan our wedding!! They were so much fun to work with - they provided helpful tools to keep things organized, suggested other incredible vendors who matched our vision (and budget!) and were so communicative! Day-of coordination was flawless, they made our vision truly come to life, and made sure all of the details were perfect. We have already suggested Vevents to our friends and hope they book with them so we can see Victoria again! Thank you for making our day so special!!
