Description

Partial Planning services allow you to make all the decisions but let us do the work. This is perfect for couples who want to sit back and relax during the planning process. This package includes both a senior and associate coordinator during your event.

This level of service includes up to 10 hours of day-of coordination. Focus on time with your loved ones while we organize all your vendors and behind the scenes needs.

    Hiring Victoria was the best decision we could have made for the success of our wedding! VEVENTS was our venue's preferred day-of coordinator, and we understood why after our first meeting. Victoria is organized, capable, approachable, and really knows her stuff. She's also just plain fun! Every meeting felt like a discussion with a (very efficient) friend. She offered ways we could bring our wedding vision to life, recommended vendors that fit our needs and values, and gave us real talk about how to prioritize and allocate our budget. We opted for a mini planning package in addition to day-of coordination, and I'm so glad we did. I'm very particular about details, and Victoria was the right person to handle much of the coordination leading up to the wedding. I felt comfortable and confident knowing Victoria was our main point of contact for our vendors in advance and on the day of the wedding. Everything seemed to run smoothly the whole evening, and I was so happy Victoria was there to make sure we were on schedule and where we needed to be at the right time.

    We LOVED working with Victoria and Lacey to plan our wedding!! They were so much fun to work with - they provided helpful tools to keep things organized, suggested other incredible vendors who matched our vision (and budget!) and were so communicative! Day-of coordination was flawless, they made our vision truly come to life, and made sure all of the details were perfect. We have already suggested Vevents to our friends and hope they book with them so we can see Victoria again! Thank you for making our day so special!!

    Victoria and her team were truly incredible. From our very first meeting, to saying our goodbyes at the end of our wedding night, VEVENTS was everything you could ask for in a wedding coordinator.     Victoria was amazing to work with from start to finish. She and her assistant, Lacey, did an incredible job with the setup, vendor communications, sticking to the timeline, and packing up decor items. My wedding day went seamlessly because they know what they are doing. If someone or something was out of line, they were quick to fix it. I got a little emo when it started raining before the ceremony, and Victoria's calm demeanor put me at ease. I am so thankful I hired VEVENTS for my wedding day. I will be recommending Victoria and Lacey to my friends!
