This package includes both a senior and associate coordinator during your event. | This level of service includes up to 10 hours of day-of coordination. The Best Coordinator!!!
Victoria, Lacy and her team were professional, competent, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We hired Victoria as our day-of coordinator, and she really smoothed out any edges during our big day. During the lead up to the event, we had 3 or so meetings spaced out appropriately (a few months before, 60 days before, 2 weeks before), where we checked in on progress, and Victoria sprinkled great advice (e.g. we changed our after-party late-night snack idea to be hand-held, to keep people dancing). Victoria shared a very comprehensive joint to-do list, organized by how soon each item should be completed. This timeline helped as a roadmap, and made sure we didn’t overlook anything. Victoria was also responsive in emails, and effective at communicating with our vendors when needed. She ran out rehearsal with a calm and encouraging demeanor, that only made us more excited for the big day :) The day-of is really when Victoria and her team shine. First and foremost, Victoria’s presence was warm and calming, and I didn’t fully appreciate how important that would be until the event. Something unexpected always happens at weddings, and Victoria was “a rock” amid the whirlwind. For us, my partner and I both realized during our ceremony that one of our guests brought a surprise 1. Stressed, we mentioned it to Victoria, she calmly said “I’ll let my team know, we’ve got it covered” with a smile, and that was it: they fixed the issue and we didn’t have to worry about it any further. Victoria and her staff were super diligent and supportive with our DIY set-up and with helping delegate to staff, friends and vendors in such a kind and clear manner. Victoria also recommended the appropriate number of extra staff for our venue and event. Set-up and teardown went smoothly, and they made aesthetic on-the-fly decisions for us. Communication with Victoria during the event was also fun, and a welcome reprieve from interacting with family and guests at times. Victoria also had the foresight to check in about the Blue Angel jets which were scheduled to fly over our venue. She reached out to their manager and assured us about the timing and gave us sage advice on communicating with our guests. This detail is something we might have overlooked if it had not been for Victoria, we are so grateful. Overall, we were super happy with Victoria and her team, and her work really helped make our big day go better than we would have hoped for. Our families also had nothing but great things to say about her. If we got married again we would hire her in an instant!

From the moment we booked VEVENTS as our wedding planners, we were blown away by their detailed, exciting, and prompt communication style. They were incredibly flexible in accommodating our needs and requests throughout the planning process. The quality of their work was truly exceptional - they were thorough, calm, and precise in their approach, yet always maintained an upbeat and organized demeanor. When there were a few wedding day "surprises", Victoria took charge and calmly made things work smoothly. VEVENTS made what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless and enjoyable one. We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication in helping us create the wedding of our dreams.
Awesome day-of coordinator
We booked Victoria as a day-of coordinator for our wedding, and she was excellent to work with. She was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. Having her at the venue made the day go so smoothly. Plus it was helpful to be able to meet with her a number of times before the actual wedding date to lock in our details. She was so accommodating of our special requests for the actual day. In summary, Victoria is awesome, and we fully recommend VEVENTS!
I could not have had my dream wedding without them
Victoria and Lexi were amazing and I could not have had my dream wedding without them. Victoria is kind, has a great sense of humor, is super easy going, an excellent communicator, and is incredible at her job! I was already pretty overwhelmed on my wedding day because of the event itself, so there's no way I could have made it through without Victoria taking care of all the details. I also had a pretty small floral budget, but Lexi absolutely nailed it and I had so many guests comment on how beautiful and elegant everything was. Thank you!!!
