From timeline assistance to making sure your day runs smoothly, you are my number one priority. With years of experience and over 100 weddings under my belt, I provide a mixture of true to color, warm, passionate, and photojournalistic style to my imagery to effectively tell a story - YOUR story!! I am your biggest fan and can assure you that you will look back on your gallery 30+ years from now and remember exactly how you felt in that moment.

    Scam

    We hired Cayla Coleman Photography for our wedding and it turned out to be a huge mistake. From the start, communication was nearly impossible and when she did respond, she was dismissive of our concerns. She made promises about when we would receive our photos but never followed through, only offering excuses instead. Months after our wedding, we still don't have our pictures and the lack of professionalism has made the whole experience stressful. We paid good money for a service we never actually received. Do not book with this photographer—there are so many better options out there.

    Holds pictures hostage!

    Cayla took pictures for Catherine and Braden wheeler and never has produced a wedding album in almost a whole year! Do not recommend!!!

    Family pics!

    Cayla Coleman Photography was an outstanding choice for the photography sessions! Her communication was excellent - she was quick to respond to all of our questions and very considerate throughout the entire process. The quality of her work was breathtaking and truly magical. Cayla went out of her way to take beautiful, intimate photos of me and my grandmother in the mountains, capturing a special moment that I will cherish forever. She also kindly photographed my younger brother's engagement session and the results were stunning. Cayla is super sweet, easy to work with, and always willing to go the extra mile to make her clients happy. I’m super grateful that I had her capture these moment!!

    The perfect engagement session

    Cayla took our engagement photos in Cade’s Cove, TN, and was AMAZING. We had a small issue with the park being closed due to weather at the time of our original shoot but Cayla made sure to reschedule us before our trip was over which was a huge relief. The pictures were stunning and she made us feel super comfortable and confident in all of the fun pose ideas she had. She is GREAT at what she does!!!

    Her work is unmatched!!

    Cayla was PHENOMENAL on our wedding day. She gave us a timeline for everything and helped ease my stress. She was basically another coordinator that day on top of photography! She goes above and beyond and her work shows that. I am so glad we found her!!!

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos via private gallery about 8-12 weeks after your wedding. You will be able to download the images and have the option to share the photos with your loved ones or order prints.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In my years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
Yes, I do. Videography packages start at 1,200$.
Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding. Don’t worry, this won’t cost you extra.
You can expect about 50-75 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
Typically, couples book me about 12 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
