Description | We offer our "Full Wedding Planning and Coordination" service for your wedding from start to finish. We help you create a personalized wedding celebration that expresses your uniqueness while blending the traditions you cherish. Our goal is to reflect you, your personalities, and your style while fusing your traditions with fresh ideas and exceptional design. | This package is customized to meet your needs while also taking a lot of the stress off your shoulders. You have a few of your needed services selected. The process has become overwhelming. If you need someone to step in and pick up where you left off, this is the option for you. Let us focus on the remaining details. Then, we can discuss what new potential options and services best fit your style and vision. | Our “Day of the Ceremony” service starts four (4) weeks before you walk down the aisle. Included are two one-hour consultations so that we can get a detailed overview of your wedding day vision. We create and distribute two types of “Wedding Day Schedules” for vendors and for family, based on your wedding vision. And YES! We are there for your rehearsal and for your wedding day, focused on the details while you focus on each other. |

A Beautiful Chuppah and a Seamless Experience
We had such a wonderful experience working with Geoffrey for our chuppah. He was incredibly communicative and easy to work with throughout the entire process, which made everything feel stress-free. On the day of, he was so kind and professional, coordinating seamlessly with our florist to make sure everything came together beautifully. The chuppah itself was absolutely perfect — exactly what we envisioned and more. We are so grateful for Geoffrey’s care and expertise and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful and reliable vendor.

We already were committed to our other vendors but found Geoffrey Gilmores’ business for this rental. Despite only utilizing a small portion of the services he can provide, he was incredibly friendly, helpful, considerate and worked beautifully with our florist and day of event coordinator. He stayed for the entire Ceremony, even handed out small fans we had provided ( outdoor Summer ceremony ) as guests arrived. We did a Unity Knot Tying with two pieces of rope and he fashioned them into a heart shape on the ceremony table he had provided. Not only did he provide the Chuppah, but so much more and was just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend him for all the services he can provide

Highly recommend Geoffrey as a day-of coordinator. The weekly meetings in the month leading up to our wedding made such a difference in keeping me & my husband feeling grounded in all the small last minute tasks/details. He seamlessly helped us navigate unexpected rain the morning of our event, kept us on schedule all day long and was an overall wonderful vendor-partner. His efforts kept so much stress off our shoulders that day and allowed us to focus on our families, each other, and living in special little moments.

We are a mixed-faith/background couple who wanted to blend traditions for our wedding. We wanted things to be semi-casual and mostly "DIY", but there were a few things we knew we would need help to do: one of those included renting a chuppah for the wedding! Geoffrey made everything simple for us, and made an absolutely beautiful setup. We did not realize when we rented the chuppah that he also did wedding planning generally--which may be a good thing, since he was so wonderful and helpful, we might have just had him do everything, instead of the DIY wedding we had wanted to plan!! He showed up early and did a beautiful job setting up. He also helped my now-husband through his morning-of jitters and gave him a very kind pep-talk when he saw the groom taking a break--it was definitely appreciated. Geoffrey was kind and helpful, despite not being obligated in any way to take a personal interest in us and our preparedness. Every interaction with Geoffrey showed that level of goodness and more! He delayed breaking down and carting off the chuppah because he (correctly) assessed that it would be nicer for the photos we were starting to take for the chuppah to be there still. We offered to hold off for a bit for him to do what he needed, in case he had to rush out for another event, and he just so kindly and graciously told us not to worry about that, and that it was once in a lifetime for our wedding, so he was glad to help us get beautiful pictures by waiting to break things down. It was very kind...and it did make the pictures much more beautiful! What I didn't want to burden Geoffrey with, at the time, was that my health has been failing lately--with very unfortunate timing, given quick decline within 2-3 months of the wedding. The ceremony and (some of the) pictures were the full duration of my ability to stand, and we had a wheelchair for me for the reception, because we knew I would no longer be able to remain standing. He has never known it, but his kindness and generosity not only gave me beautiful pictures...it made a difference in the pictures I was able to take at all. The pictures with guests were seated for that reason, and got to still have a lovely background and the chuppah, decked with flowers and lovely drapery, in the background--even though my husband and I were sitting still, with the guests posing behind or around us. It seemed too awkward to go into the explanations at the time...but it just meant so very, very much to me that he was so kind, and encouraging, and helped me to have something really lovely and wonderful back, after I was struggling to be okay with having had to change a lot of our original plans due to my health problems and weakness. I couldn't find somewhere on his company website to post reviews, so I'm putting it here--and on whatever sites I can find him listed. I recommend him without reservations to anyone and everyone who wants heartfelt assistance, without compromising meticulous detail, excellence, and professionalism. Thank you, Geoffrey. Your kindness was such a highlight for both of us on what is always a very exciting and wonderful--but still often also a very stressful!!--special day. We will always remember your friendliness, kindness, and generosity fondly, and we appreciate how much our wedding and memories benefitted from having you involved. What a stroke of luck and blessings, that your company came up when we were looking for rentals!! We are so very, very grateful!
