Description	We offer our "Full Wedding Planning and Coordination" service for your wedding from start to finish. We help you create a personalized wedding celebration that expresses your uniqueness while blending the traditions you cherish. Our goal is to reflect you, your personalities, and your style while fusing your traditions with fresh ideas and exceptional design.	This package is customized to meet your needs while also taking a lot of the stress off your shoulders. You have a few of your needed services selected. The process has become overwhelming. If you need someone to step in and pick up where you left off, this is the option for you. Let us focus on the remaining details. Then, we can discuss what new potential options and services best fit your style and vision.	Our “Day of the Ceremony” service starts four (4) weeks before you walk down the aisle. Included are two one-hour consultations so that we can get a detailed overview of your wedding day vision. We create and distribute two types of “Wedding Day Schedules” for vendors and for family, based on your wedding vision. And YES! We are there for your rehearsal and for your wedding day, focused on the details while you focus on each other.

It was the day of my second daughter’s wedding. All the organizing of details were overwhelming, until I met with Geoffrey Gilmore. I shared with him my daughter’s desire to have a wedding that would create forever memories. He must have been aware of the stress and told me not to worry that he would create something very special for her. The day of the wedding I walked into the church, Geoffrey was there to greet me. With a smile on his face he asked, “Are you ready?” “Yes!” I replied. Geoffrey opened the doors to the church sanctuary and it took my breath away! Tears of awe and joy rolled before the wedding began! If you are looking for your wedding to be a beautiful forever memory, Geoffrey Gilmore is the one to see! Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

I have known Geoffrey for over 30 years as a close family friend. During this time I have witnessed his high level of integrity and attention to detail consistently throughout all areas of life. On many occasions I have seen him working late nights and early mornings to ensure that all the little details were as they should be, so that a client’s big day was everything they had imagined. At Gilmore Signature Events, you will always work with me, Geoffrey Gilmore, in planning your wedding. As we plan your wedding, we will determine together if one or more of my assistants will be present to provide additional services. Before your special day(s) arrive, you will know who from our team, in addition to me, will be there and what they will be doing.

I work closely with you to understand your vision, preferences, and priorities. I ask a lot of questions and then listen closely. Through detailed consultations, mood boards, and regular updates, I ensure your dream event is realized just as you imagined it.

I begin with a detailed consultation to understand your style, guest count, and budget. I then present a curated list of venues that match your criteria and accompany you on site visits to ensure the perfect choice. I aim to find a venue that meets all your requirements without overwhelming options.

For a recent baby baptism, I coordinated a summer garden-themed event with floral arrangements, custom-decorated patio umbrellas, and an outdoor cultural luncheon party setup. The day was filled with interactive games, a personalized photo backdrop, and a gourmet dessert table, ensuring a memorable and intimate celebration for the bride-to-be and her guests.
