As a wholesale logistics professional (and more excitingly a 2024 bride), I know that even the smallest detail can make a huge impact on the success of a project or event. I absolutely love to celebrate love, and I think every couple deserves someone in their corner on their big day to ensure they have everything they could dream of on their wedding day. From steaming linens to reapplying lipstick, bringing you a cocktail, setting up decor, helping to review your timeline and beyond- no task is too small. I’m here for YOU!

I’ve chosen to offer my services below the infamous “wedding tax” pricing threshold that so many couples are familiar with at this point in planning. You deserve a coordinator who will offer you quality, dedicated, custom tailored services without raking you over the coals. I am particularly passionate about working with couples who are planning their own wedding from scratch, as I was in the same boat. It’s not easy- sometimes it takes a village- but the vendors you’re relying on shouldn’t be bleeding you dry. I am proud to offer fair and transparent pricing so that your dream wedding is attainable.

Description	A la carte services include timeline generation with unlimited revisions, rehearsal coordination (without a full wedding coordinating package), and hourly set up or tear down service (available in Whatcom County, select days only). I am always happy to discuss your a la carte planning needs, even if it is not listed here.	You’ve been hard at work planning for months- let a Coordinator sweat the small stuff on our special day so you can enjoy time with your spouse and loved ones. From vendor communication to distributing final payments, tracking down family members for photos, setting up decor, and keeping your timeline on track, I’ve got you covered so you can relax and soak it all in.

Nichole was a crucial part to my wedding success. She was there for me every step of the way, responded to me quickly and answered any questions I had with the wedding process. She helped the day run smoothly on the day of, communicated with vendors helped set up and made my wedding dreams come to life. The only thing I had to do my wedding day was focus on getting ready and spending time with my bridesmaids and family everything else Nichole handled and made my day completely stress free. There is no one else I would have trusted with one of the most important days of my life. She was efficient and friendly the whole way through. I would recommend her to anyone.

I cannot recommend Nichole enough as a day-of coordinator! She was an absolute dream to work with and helped us feel so calm and prepared going into our wedding day. She patiently answered all our questions throughout the planning process, provided helpful planning documents/templates, and communicated with our vendors to ensure logistics ran smoothly. Nichole showed up on our wedding day calm and collected and jumped right into action, helping with bouquets, table settings, and even ironing (when we all had our makeup done and realized we couldn’t do it ). She truly went above and beyond for us, as I’m sure she does for all her couples. You can tell Nichole cares deeply about helping you feel your very best on your wedding day, and taking care of all the details so you can focus on enjoying yourselves! She brings warmth, kindness, enthusiasm, and assurance to a day that can be stressful and full of unexpected surprises. Hire her and know you will be in the most capable of hands on your wedding day!

Nichole was a great day-of coordinator for us. She made sure that we got to enjoy our wedding day as much as humanly possible. Her presence was so calming, and we felt totally relaxed, which is a LOT to say. We couldn't have had as good of a time as we did without the work Nichole put in. Based on your chosen package, that's totally customizable! "The Whole Package" includes a lot of time working together, from Zoom calls to texts and emails and untimately 15 hours allotted for rehersal and wedding day. Other packages include less planning time, but still full coordination service on rehearsal and/or wedding day.

I offer three packages based on the level of hands-on coordination you're seeking. Packages range from $500 to $1,650. I'm always happy to customize packages to your specific needs; no two weddings are alike and your planning needs are specific to you!

All of my packages include thorough planning assistance and a supportive day-of presence. Beyond that however, we will decide together what your priorities are and how I can best serve you and your love on your big day. No two weddings are alike, and similarly, no two couples will receive the same cookie-cutter service from me. Let's custom tailor your plan to work for you! Whether that includes decor setup, making announcements, calling vendors, or wrangling your relatives for photos- I'm here to make your day easier.
