With a background in wholesale logistics and marketing, I know that even the smallest detail can make a huge impact on the success of a project or event. I absolutely love to celebrate love, and I think every couple deserves someone in their corner to ensure they have everything they could dream of on their wedding day. From building your timeline and helping source vendors during the planning process to steaming linens and completing tablescapes on wedding day, I take pride in giving time and complete attention to even the finest of details.
Let's get back to basics here- wedding planning should be EXCITING! Too many couples are feeling bogged down by the weight of planning and researching every finite detail. You deserve a planning partner who will work with your unique vision and tailor their approach based on your needs. I am particularly passionate about working with couples who are planning their wedding on a budget or hosting on private property (foregoing some of the conveniences of an established venue), as I was in the same boat for my wedding in 2024. It’s not easy- sometimes it takes a village- and I am all about being a part of that village.

Mother of the bride
As the mother of the bride I had zero worries with Nicole coordinating my daughter’s wedding. She had every detail under control. I was able to relax and enjoy assisting my daughter get ready.

Most amazing coordinator
Nichole was a crucial part to my wedding success. She was there for me every step of the way, responded to me quickly and answered any questions I had with the wedding process. She helped the day run smoothly on the day of, communicated with vendors helped set up and made my wedding dreams come to life. The only thing I had to do my wedding day was focus on getting ready and spending time with my bridesmaids and family everything else Nichole handled and made my day completely stress free. There is no one else I would have trusted with one of the most important days of my life. She was efficient and friendly the whole way through. I would recommend her to anyone.

Do yourself a favor, hire Nichole!!
I cannot recommend Nichole enough as a day-of coordinator! She was an absolute dream to work with and helped us feel so calm and prepared going into our wedding day. She patiently answered all our questions throughout the planning process, provided helpful planning documents/templates, and communicated with our vendors to ensure logistics ran smoothly. Nichole showed up on our wedding day calm and collected and jumped right into action, helping with bouquets, table settings, and even ironing (when we all had our makeup done and realized we couldn’t do it ). She truly went above and beyond for us, as I’m sure she does for all her couples. You can tell Nichole cares deeply about helping you feel your very best on your wedding day, and taking care of all the details so you can focus on enjoying yourselves! She brings warmth, kindness, enthusiasm, and assurance to a day that can be stressful and full of unexpected surprises. Hire her and know you will be in the most capable of hands on your wedding day!

Nichole was the calming force we needed!
Nichole was a great day-of coordinator for us. She made sure that we got to enjoy our wedding day as much as humanly possible. Her presence was so calming, and we felt totally relaxed, which is a LOT to say. We couldn't have had as good of a time as we did without the work Nichole put in. Nichole is simply the best!
All I can say is WOW! We hired Nichole as our day of coordinator and she truly went above and beyond for us. She paid attention to every detail, big and small, and was always 5 steps ahead. Because of her help, my husband and I were truly able to enjoy our day together knowing that everything would be taken care of.
