Bailee was the day-of coordinator for our wedding, and went above and beyond her job description! She handled both minor hiccups throughout the day, and a major issue with one of our vendors with grace and professionalism. She took the time to get to know us and our wishes for the day, and expertly made our vision come to life! We were on the fence about hiring a coordinator at first, but we’re soooo happy we did. Bailee was an essential part of making our day a success!!!

The absolute best
Bailee was hands down one of the best vendors we booked for our wedding. I think she was worth her weight in gold. I would call myself a type B bride to the max, and she ensured every detail came out flawlessly. The days and weeks leading up to the wedding Bailee was responsive and always helpful and kind. She managed everything seamlessly, so myself and my family could be fully present on the big day. Bailee solved any problem in moments, and was always ready with a plan B, C, and D. She listened to my priorities and ensured that my now husband and I had all the special moments we were hoping for. She also has such an eye for decor and the small details, everything came together more beautifully than I could have imagined. I can not recommend her enough.

Working with Bailee at Gathered Co was truly the best decision we made for our wedding. From start to finish she brought such a kind, calming and positive energy to the planning process. Perfect Wedding Day
I'm so glad we made the decision to hire Bailee for our wedding day! My husband and I had heard other people say that their weddings were the best nights of their lives, but we weren't sure we would feel that way. Bailee was key for proving us wrong! It was lovely to work with her throughout the whole process. She was professional, organized, and experienced. She truly wanted to bring our vision to life, but she also had great suggestions and options for any pieces we overlooked. She was able to accommodate last minute changes in guest count and weather seamlessly and without adding any extra stress. Amazing wedding coordinator, highly recommend!

Our fearless leader!
Not enough thanks can cover how amazing Bailee was at the helm of our wedding. She handled wrangling our wedding party and guests with grace and a swift hand, and absolutely kept morale going when we (me lol) needed it most. Any issues that came up the morning of, which are totally bound to happen at an event of a scale like this, were brought with either a solution in tow or swiftly handled without needing to flag it to us. We came in totally behind on setup time and she made sure it all came together right as we needed it to. A miracle worker, truly. Our immense gratitude for helping us pull off such a beautiful event that our friends and family could not stop raving about. Bailee made such a great team with our other vendors that evening, and ensured we had the support we needed to clean and tie things up at the end of the night so we didn't have to trouble our friends and family with that task. I'd absolutely recommend her to any couple getting married in the Whatcom County area, especially Evergreen Gardens, where she is an expert veteran at running the show!
