From rehearsal to full wedding day coordination, we’ll bring everything together seamlessly so you can enjoy every moment.	Our day-of coordination package ensures your wedding flows effortlessly. With a complimentary consultation, unlimited calls and emails, four planning meetings, venue and rehearsal guidance, and 10 hours of full-day coordination from setup to cleanup, we handle the details so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment of your celebration.

Working with Bailee was an amazing experience from start to finish. Right from our first conversation, she was professional, organized, and had such a calming energy that immediately put us at ease. Her communication throughout the planning process was proactive and super helpful—she asked all the right questions and thought of things we never would have considered. On the wedding day, Bailee was a total rockstar. Everything ran smoothly, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Bailee and her team made my day so relaxing and calm. She did exactly what I needed her to do and SO MUCH MORE. She responded quickly with efficiency and went completely above and beyond!!! I’m a very DIY bride and she executed everything beautifully!! I was nervous to have someone decorate my own wedding since I’m very particular but she made the process so easy and straightforward. If you’re at all questioning on getting a coordinator you should absolutely invest in her because without her I would’ve been sooooo stressed out! Thank you Bailee again!!!!
