At heart, I'm still and always will be a die-hard 'Yooper.' My dad, Chip, who is one of my biggest heroes, taught me how to grow, forage for, and arrange flowers around our farm while I was growing up. We used to make things together and sell them at the local farmers market on the weekends. So in some ways, I've been doing this work all my life. I started working in the floral industry in Bellingham before branching out on my own as Pozie by Natalie in 2015.

Annika was very responsive and she really listened to the style and look I wanted and worked with me on my pricing to make sure I got exactly what I wanted -- and within my budget. She did an absolutely STUNNING job. Seriously, wow. The arch florals she did -- holy cow! Simply gorgeous. I was in love. It was perfect and exactly what I imagined. Even better, actually. “We were on a strict budget for our wedding. I knew that florals would be the best way to save on some of the huge wedding costs. I found out about Flower Moxie from googling where I would get wholesale flowers. I was immediately hooked once I saw the flower options, tutorials, and worksheets to help plan out my special day. I am very big on organization, and this website had resources for every step of the way. I found the perfect combination of flowers for my boho wedding. I ordered the flowers about 2 months before our big day. It was a destination wedding, so I was checking into our airbnb on the day the flowers were arriving. I had them scheduled to be delivered at the Fedex holding center near by. I thought the company only used Fedex shipping based on my research. I went into full panic mode when I saw the flowers had been shipped by UPS. I immediately called UPS and Fedex, and to be honest I was stunned at the behavior on the other side of the phone. The flowers were still in transit, and no one would help me with rerouting. I called Flower Moxie to see if they could change things on their side as they were the sender. Luis answered the phone and it felt like I finally had someone looking out for me. I had already spent 4 hours on the phone with the shipping companies and gotten nowhere. Luis said he was on it and not to worry. I ordered enough flowers for 18 centerpieces, 70 bud vases, 8 bouquets, and 1 flower arch. Needless to say, it was quite the ordeal to reroute everything. Over the next 48 hours, Luis kept in constant contact with me about the progress of the shipment. I know I was on the phone for at least 6 hours with this ordeal, and I wouldn't be surprised if he had spent about 15 hours talking to UPS, Fedex, florists, and customs to get me my flowers. He made me feel calm and taken care of. Everyone was coming to me with questions and concerns the entire wedding week, and I can't express how it felt to have someone have my back, and take an extremely big tasks off my plate. I would absolutely recommend this company for DIY brides. And I hope this review is seen by Flower Moxie to highlight an outstanding employee with excellent customer service. In an age when it takes time and multiple attempts in order to talk to a person on the phone, I am so appreciative of the effort that was given by Luis for my wedding day. He made me feel like it was an important event for him too. Thank you Luis for making my wedding dreams come true! My sister also mentioned you in her MOH wedding speech. We were all impressed :)”

“The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

Sam also incorporated ornamental kales and cabbages into our table flowers which added a whole different texture than you usually see to our arrangements. Since then, we have done several weddings, even was hired by the football hall of fame in Canton Ohio in August 2023.

I grew up watching my grandmother work in the floral and wedding industry, and some of my earliest memories are of modeling flower girl dresses at bridal shows, wide-eyed at the beauty and joy all around me. “For Keeps Floral was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding flowers. They were always responsive and communicated with us at each step of the process. Laci was so nice, friendly and helpful in bringing our "Rustic Patriotic" theme to life with their beautiful floral arrangements. The flowers were less expensive than real flowers but looked just as stunning, and they were photographed beautifully. The little care cards and stickers they included for our bridal party were such a thoughtful touch.
