Diadem Flower Co. creates thoughtful, seasonal wedding flowers through a simpler, more transparent process. Rather than starting with a custom proposal from a blank page, couples select from a carefully developed floral menu designed to make planning easier while maintaining the same commitment to beautiful, intentional design. Led by florist and artist Colleen Raney, Diadem's work is rooted in strong design principles, seasonal materials, and a belief that wedding flowers should feel personal without becoming overwhelming.

Sustainability remains at the heart of our work. We prioritize local and seasonal blooms, source responsibly, and use design techniques that minimize waste. Each arrangement is designed in your chosen color palette using seasonally available flowers, with opportunities for customization when needed. The result is a wedding flower experience that is approachable, thoughtfully designed, and grounded in the belief that beauty doesn't have to be complicated.

    I would give Colleen 10 stars if I could!

    would give Colleen 10 stars if I could! She was so wonderful to work with. She really got to know me and my partner, took the time to understand our vision and ideas (and sift through the many notes and Pinterest boards I shared), and helped us create the perfect floral design. Colleen was incredibly responsive, flexible, and paid very close attention to detail. She also put together multiple proposals for us with many different options and price points that fit in our budget. And the finished product was even better than I could have imagined! As an added bonus, she grows all of the flowers herself at her flower farm! I highly recommend Diadem Flowers!

    Seriously, if you don’t use her you’re missing out

    I can’t speak highly enough of Colleen and her crew and what she was able to transform my wedding into. We were across the country so we had to meet only virtually with her and sent some Pinterest inspiration along with the colors of our bridesmaids dresses. She was honest, understanding, and quick to respond to any changes or questions. She was extremely knowledgeable about local plants and what would work with our wedding theme. When we finally got to meet her and see our outdoor rented wedding set up it was beyond what we could have even imagine. She included everything we wanted and then some. It was perfect and she came early the next day to take everything down. I honestly couldn’t recommend anyone any more highly.

    Perfect wedding flowers!

    Colleen and her team took my vision and crafted the most gorgeous bouquets, centerpieces, and flower crowns for our wedding in September 2021. You absolutely cannot go wrong in working with Colleen. Her artistic skill will bring your event to life!

    Creative and knowledgeable!

    Colleen is an incredible person to work with. I have sold her flowers from my farm and done freelance floral design work with her. Her business is a model for sustainability practices in the floral industry. Colleen knows her stuff and I am consistently impressed by her breadth of knowledge. She is a great communicator, and amazing at turning a couple’s floral vision into reality. She is extremely professional and a perfect mix of creative and technical when it comes to designing with flowers and building installations. I’d want her working on my wedding!

    simply the BEST

    Colleen is, without a doubt, the best vendor I worked with for my wedding. She is easy to work with, very generous with her time and emotional intelligence/energy, and creates beautiful designs. I believe every single guest at our wedding complimented the flowers - no exaggeration. We kept things “pretty simple” with florals, but that is the very last word I would use to describe what Colleen designed for us. Because of the late frost in Maine this year, we were lucky to get flowers entirely from Colleen’s farm, which was super special. Another reason I loved working with Colleen, is that she is very eco-focused - something important to us. She works tirelessly to promote sustainable floral design and farming practices, and the results are incredible. I still think about my wedding florals daily, and you will too if you work with Colleen!

Your Perfect Bridesmaid - Seattle Wedding Planners

We are able to provide florals for any size wedding or celebration. Our minimum investment is $500.
Delivery, Installation, and Removal services are available for booking.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your wedding date. The remainder is due 4 weeks before the event. Payment plans are available.
Overall design changes can be accommodated up to a month before the wedding. Additions can be made up to 7 days before the wedding. Subtractions can be made until final payment is made as long as they do not fall below the minimum investment required.
On a case by case basis. Please reach out with your request.
If we are available for the new date, we just change it in our books and keep working. If we are not available, we work with you to find an acceptable solution.
We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance to ensure availability, especially for peak wedding seasons.
We accept cash, zelle, venmo, ACH, and all major credit cards.
