Planning your big day and want your guests (both big & small) to have a great time? I offer wedding nannying so parents can enjoy themselves while knowing their kids are safe & well cared for. *I am currently getting my doctorate in Occupational Therapy with hopes of being a pediatric occupational therapist! *I am CPR/First Aid Certified, along with Basic Life Support certified! *I have experience with kids on the spectrum and all different types of abilities. What I provide: *Ceremony, Reception, & Full-day coverage *On-site & Off-site care *Age appropriate games and activities *Bedtime & overnight care if needed

Whether it’s a small intimate gathering or a large celebration, I strive to create a safe & fun environment for your kiddos, so that everyone can enjoy the special day I have been babysitting since I was 13 & have nannied for around 5 years! I was the director for a nonprofit dedicated to supporting kids through and beyond a parents cancer which is year round along with a summer camp! (Which is where the silly picture is from!) I have a background in musical theatre & being a summer camp counselor so I love singing songs, and I am a walking pretend-game inventory!

Ceremony Package

Description

5 children included in each package On-Site (Venue Care)
$100–$200 (up to 2 hours)
Additional time: $40–$60/hour Off-Site (Hotel/Home Care)

Additional time: $50–$70/hour

    Beyond expectations

    We hired Your Wedding Nanny to care for our kids during the reception, and it was such a relief knowing the children were in good hands. From our first conversation, the team was responsive and easy to work with, showing up exactly when they said they would. They took their job seriously and our guests kept commenting on how smoothly everything ran with the kids; nobody had to worry or check in. Your Maureen with Wedding Nanny brought real experience and genuine care to the role, treating our children like they were their own.     Maureen was so wonderful to work with and she made the day a breeze. We didn’t have to worry about the kids or making sure they were entertained. They had a blast too! She also brought the kids home and helped them wind down and put them to bed. All of the parents were so grateful and able to party the night away! You need a wedding nanny!!

Childcare is usually set up in a separate venue room (like a bridal suite or hospitality suite), a dedicated quiet corner of the reception space, or directly in guests' hotel rooms/houses
For the Ceremony Package, it includes quiet, ceremony-friendly activities: * Coloring books + crayons * Sticker packs * Small puzzles * Soft/quiet toys For the reception package, it includes * Board games (age-appropriate) * Card games (Uno, Go Fish, etc.) * Coloring + craft kits * Simple group games (Simon Says, scavenger hunts) * DIY crafts (bracelets, wedding-themed crafts) * Dance/play breaks For the full day option: * Rotating games & toys to prevent boredom * Craft stations (multiple projects throughout day) * Outdoor play (if available) * Movie time option (with parent approval)
* Additional Children (beyond 5): +$20–$40 per child * Infant (under 12m) Fee: additional $100-200 * Travel Fee: $0.65/mile or flat $50–$150 * Late Night Fee (after 10pm): +$25–$50
I'll always ask about preferred snacks and drinks for each child ahead of time. If your little one is a picky eater or still bottle/breastfeeding, just bring what they're used to and I'll handle the rest! I also recommend packing: A change of clothes (kids get messy, and wedding photos wait for no one!) Diapers, wipes, and any ointments or creams Pacifier, lovey, or comfort item for nap time Bottles and pumped milk or formula (labeled is super helpful!) Sunscreen and a hat if there's any outdoor time A little preparation goes a long way, I'll take care of the rest so you can enjoy the celebration!
Yes! I want parents and kiddos to feel comfortable, new people can be scary, so I love meeting prior to make everyone comfortable!
