    Absolute ️️️️️ Baker

    We couldn’t have been happier with our wedding cakes and cupcakes! She created three beautiful custom cakes and three dozen cupcakes, and everything was absolutely delicious. Plus, our guests devoured them! Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and she made the custom design process so easy by working through multiple iterations until everything was just right. We also loved the variety of flavor options to choose from. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful, delicious desserts and a wonderful vendor to work with

    Sweet & Unique

    I highly recommend using Evergreen Cake Company for any event. We were in a pinch with finding a wedding cake last minute and they pulled through for us. Our cake was so special and unique, I loved the mountains and trees design which really leaned into the nature theme we were going for and was also fitting our location in beautiful Leavenworth. The flavours were amazing and I can see why "The Sunrise" is so popular for them. They were so great to work with in designing, coordinating delivery and showing up on time. I'm happy to work with them again in the future! 3

    Wedding Cake

    Martina made the cake for my wedding, and it was perfect! It was so beautiful and delicious, and Martina was so easy to work with! She is such a talented artist, and I cannot recommend her enough!

Any flavor that we offer can be made gluten or dairy free with no extra charge. Each recipe is tested with gluten free flour as well to ensure that it will still be a great texture and taste. Unless specifically requested (i.e. peanut butter buttercream, almond cake, coconut filling), we do not use nuts or nut products in any of our standard recipes. The Evergreen kitchen is not celiac safe (i.e. we cannot give a 100% guarantee against cross-contamination), but we do our utmost to clean every utensil and surface area before and after working with any potential allergens.
Tasting boxes-- four flavors of your choice, in the form of cupcakes-- are $30 and charged separately from your final order.
Yes! Evergreen Cake Company is fully licensed and insured.
We do not provide utensils for cake cutting, although we can provide a cake stand at request.
If your event is within Kittitas County, we are able to deliver to your venue for a $50 delivery fee. If your event is outside of Kittitas County, or you need your cake on a weekday, we will work with you to schedule a pickup time and location, with a potential delivery fees of $100. We want to make your day as stress-free as possible!
Yes! We love working with you to bring your unique vision to life. Evergreen's design specialty is buttercream, florals, and sugarwork.
