With a background in DJing and venue management, I bring a unique perspective to wedding planning—balancing flow, entertainment, and logistics for a seamless celebration. My hands-on approach means I truly get to know each couple, translating their vision into an event that feels effortless and authentic. We guide your budget, recommend and manage vendors, review contracts, design layouts and décor, and attend walkthroughs and rehearsals. With unlimited consultations and planning tools, you’ll feel supported every step of the way. great coordinator!
Working with Heartbeat Events and Rhiannon was such a big help for our wedding day. We could not have done it without her! She responded to our questions right away and made it very easy to know where we were in the planning process, which made the planning process so much less stressful. On the day of our wedding, she really showed what she was made of—when some of our food didn’t arrive on time, Rhiannon figured out a solution without us even realizing. We also had to change our ceremony entrance at the last minute, and she helped us come up with a plan that worked perfectly. All of her staff that helped us were great as well! What impressed us most was how much she genuinely cared about making our day special and how willing she was to help with anything we needed. For the quality of work and support we received, we highly recommend her!

Perfect day thanks to Heartbeat Events!
Rhiannon and her team made our wedding day absolutely perfect! We originally connected with Rhiannon at Heartbeat Events for her DJ services, but ended up choosing to work with her as our Wedding Planner as well! We went with the Partial Planning DJ package. We met around once a month leading up to the wedding and then a few extra times in the final couple of weeks. Rhiannon was so knowledgable and kept us on track the whole time. She even came out and did two site visits at the venue with us prior to the event to help visualize the event flow and organization. The day itself went so smoothly as a result. Working with Rhiannon and her team took a massive amount of the work (and stress!) off of me and really made the day feel perfect.
