Our most inclusive package offers full support from the moment you say “yes” until your grand exit. We guide your budget, recommend and manage vendors, review contracts, design layouts and décor, and attend walkthroughs and rehearsals. With unlimited consultations and planning tools, you’ll feel supported every step of the way. On your wedding day, a lead planner and assistant provide full-day coordination, styling, and seamless execution.

Our most popular package is designed for couples who have made key decisions but want expert guidance to bring everything together. We provide planning support in the months leading up to your wedding with vendor communication, design and layout guidance, timeline creation, and rehearsal leadership. On the big day, we deliver full coordination so every detail flows seamlessly while you and your loved ones celebrate.

Perfect for couples who have done the planning but need a professional to step in and bring it all together. About 4–6 weeks before your wedding, we review your plans, confirm details with vendors, and finalize your timeline. On the big day, we provide full coordination—from processional to reception flow—managing vendors, cues, and logistics so you can relax, celebrate, and enjoy every moment with your loved ones.

    One of the best!

    I had been aware of Rhiannon for some time, because we work in the same industry. But it wasn't until I had the opportunity to work with her, that I got to understand how amazing she is as a coordinator! From initial contact through email, to loop me in on all of the days happenings. To her immediate responses, answering any questions that I have. Including, what our rain plan was. No matter what I needed, she was there in a flash! Upon arriving at the venue on the day of, I was immediately greeted by her, and I saw her working on every little detail to make the wedding that day, memorable. Throughout the day, we got together and coordinated on every detail, to make sure that the couple was getting exactly what they needed, and when they needed it. Her attention to detail and professionalism, are what you want in a coordinator. Great coordinators are rare. I know a few. But I can count them on one hand. And Rhiannon is among one of the best, I have ever worked with. The couple got the day that they wanted, exactly as they wanted it, And I now have a colleague in the industry, that I cannot wait to work with again! If you're considering a coordinator, get her on the phone, chat with her for a little bit. I think you'll find the same thing, that I experienced. Highly recommended!

    Outstanding planner and day‑of coordinator for DJs

    From the very beginning of the planning process, Rhiannon at Heartbeat Events was incredible to work with. She’s thorough, organized, and communicates clearly, which made every step leading up to the wedding feel dialed‑in instead of stressful. As a DJ myself, I really appreciated that she’s also a DJ and built a timeline that was genuinely DJ‑friendly – easy to read, easy to follow, and clearly structured around what the music and audio would need to do throughout the day. She understood the flow of the event from a DJ’s perspective, so when the wedding day came, I always knew what was happening next and what she needed from me. The weather did not cooperate and the wedding was heavily rained out, but Rhiannon took special care to keep everything moving and to protect the couple’s vision. When we ran into a challenge with the microphones, she immediately brought in help from her friend Craig. Together they helped troubleshoot the situation and shared suggestions that have genuinely made my future weddings better because of the live‑sound knowledge they brought to the table. If you’re a wedding DJ, you could never want to work with anyone more than Rhiannon of Heartbeat Events. She runs a tight ship, keeps everyone informed, and makes it easy for DJs and other vendors to deliver their best work. I’d be happy to team up with her again any time.

    Day-of Coordination and DJ

    Rhiannon was such a treat to work with! I was a very indecisive and clueless bride, and she guided me through every step in planning my wedding, answered every question I had, and provided me with the best day-of coordination that I could ask for! I also hired her as my DJ, and having her for both coordination and DJ-ing allowed for a seamless wedding day with no hiccups. I am so grateful that I hired Rhiannon for my wedding day.     Amazing! So helpful, like, and knowledgeable!

    Rhiannon was such a wonderful wedding coordinator! We had her just for the “day of” service but we met multiple times leading up to the wedding to coordinate and make sure things were getting done! She has a wealth of knowledge of wedding planning, venues, dj’s and everything in between! She was so patient and excited for us and made us feel like everything was taken care of! She attended our rehearsal dinner to coordinate our wedding party. The day of was wonderful! She handled all of the decor and cake set up, coordinated the tables and vendors, kept us in schedule and kept me calm leading up to our ceremony! We didn’t have to worry about a thing at our wedding and we are so grateful! I can’t recommend her and her staff enough
