We guide your budget, recommend and manage vendors, review contracts, design layouts and décor, and attend walkthroughs and rehearsals. With unlimited consultations and planning tools, you’ll feel supported every step of the way. On your wedding day, a lead planner and assistant provide full-day coordination, styling, and seamless execution. | Our most popular package is designed for couples who have made key decisions but want expert guidance to bring everything together. Amazing Coordinator
Rhiannon was truly incredible as our wedding coordinator. She is unbelievably organized, hardworking, and completely on top of every detail. From the planning process to the actual wedding day, she made everything feel seamless and stress-free. Knowing she was handling everything allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the day. She worked so hard behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly, and because of her, our wedding day felt absolutely magical. I can’t thank her enough for all the care, effort, and energy she put into making our day so special. Best Money We Spent
Hiring HeartBeat Events was the best money we spent on our wedding. Rhiannon was quick and responsive throughout the planning process. She was always on top of everything. As a control freak myself, I had a hard time relinquishing control, but she made it so easy to put my trust into someone. On the day of the event she was 5 steps ahead of everything. When some family members acted out, she handled them amazingly and professionally. She made sure everything at the wedding went how it should and made sure that we were happy and content the entire time. We highly recommend using HeartBeat Events for your wedding, you will not regret it.
