    Traci was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the beginning, Traci's communication style was clear, calming, and confident, which helped keep the planning process low-stress. She took initiative, was extremely capable, and got things done seamlessly. Our wedding was a 130-person backyard affair, and it was extremely helpful to have Traci there to help organize vendors and oversee the setup. Her confidence and hands-on approach allowed us to relax and enjoy our special day. We couldn't have pulled it off without her expert planning and coordination. Highly recommend Bridal Besties Northwest for any couple looking for a reliable, professional wedding planner, and will be recommending her to friends getting married in the near future!

    Bridal Besties Northwest by Traci was the perfect wedding planner for us! From the very beginning, Traci's communication style was very much like a best friend - warm, attentive, and always there to lend a helping hand. Her quality of work and overall value was exceptional - Traci was incredibly helpful, diligent, prepared, and took initiative throughout the entire process. All the pre-work she did to get us organized and prepared for the big day was invaluable. And on our wedding day, Traci was fully hands-on, checking in regularly to make sure the itinerary was running smoothly and that we were doing okay. We are 100% happy she was there, and Traci truly is amazing.

    One of my favorite memories from my wedding day was Traci trying to hide me from the groom. My fiancé and I had forgotten to assign a driver from the upper property to the ceremony area, so the bridal party and I ended up walking down. Traci, a quick problem solver, had the bridesmaids form a line in front of me while she stood guard as I duck-walked in my dress, hiding behind a pile of sticks and logs. It’s a memory that will make me smile for the rest of my life. She really is the ultimate bridal bestie. On a more serious note, the luxury restroom was scheduled to arrive between 10 am and 12 pm, but by 12:45 it still hadn’t shown up. I was in the bridal suite, completely unaware, because Traci and my fiancé were already handling the situation. I only found out when the vendor called me directly, and the moment I handed the phone to Traci, I watched her advocate for me without hesitation. She was direct, professional, and cut straight through the bs & excuses to make sure things got handled. I booked her 10-hour package, but if I could go back, I would absolutely choose her partial planning package. My fiancé and I did all of the planning ourselves to save money, but having Traci involved in the pre-planning would have saved us (well, mostly my fiance) a lot of stress.

    We are so grateful to have had Traci as our day-of coordinator. From the very beginning, she brought a calming presence, professionalism, and a genuine heart for making things run smoothly. I was especially anxious about having two separate venues for my ceremony and reception, but Traci reassured me that it would go fine and assisted me with building a well thought out timeline. All of our alignments with her were incredibly convenient — from emails to shared Google Docs and scheduled calls, communication was always clear and efficient. She was very responsive, asked thoughtful questions, and consistently demonstrated great foresight, often bringing up things we hadn’t even considered yet. On the day itself, Traci coordinated beautifully between vendors, kept everything on schedule, and stayed one step ahead so we could just focus on being present. Our families were able to relax and enjoy the celebration — and so were we — thanks to her steady support. Thank you, Traci, for helping make our day feel so seamless and joyful!
